Այսօր` հունվարի 12-ին, լրանում է Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության հինգերորդ տարելիցը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գյումրու Մյասնիկյան 188 հասցեում իրենց տան մեջ սպանվել էին Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի բոլոր 6 անդամները, իսկ սվինի հարվածներ ստացած 6 ամսական Սերյոժա Ավետիսյանը 7 օր անց մահացել էր հիվանդանոցում:

Դեպքից մեկ օր անց ՀՀ իրավապահները հայտնել էին, որ հունվարի 12-ի՝ լույս 13-ի գիշերը Բայանդուր գյուղի մոտակայքում ռուս սահմանապահների կողմից հայտնաբերվել է Գյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսաստանյան 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը, ով փորձել էր հատել հայ-թուրքական սահմանը։

Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 5-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով՝ առանձին դաժանությամբ, ավազակությամբ զուգորդված երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանություն, 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասին 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով՝ բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելով, զենքի գործադրմամբ ավազակություն, և 34-329-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու փորձ:

2017 թվականի մայիսի 18-ին իրականացվել է Վալերի Պերմյակովի փոխանցումը Ռուսաստանին:

24-ամյա Արաքսյա Պողոսյանը՝ որդու՝ Սերյոժայի հետ

Ավետիսյանների թոռնիկները՝ 2-ամյա Հասմիկը և 6 ամսական Սերյոժան
