ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը ցավակցական խոսք է հղել ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նախկին տնօրեն Գեորգի Կուտոյանի մահվան կապակցությամբ:

«Սրտի կսկիծով եւ խորը ցավով տեղեկացա Գեորգի Կուտոյանի անժամանակ եւ ողբերգական մահվան մասին։ Պետական ծառայության իրեն վստահված բոլոր ոլորտներում Գեորգի Կուտոյանը հանդես է եկել իբրեւ խորաթափանց, ինտելեկտուալ, արհեստավարժ, մշտապես իր ստանձնած պարտականությունների հանդեպ պատասխանատվության մեծ զգացումով առաջնորդվող պաշտոնյա, պետական ծառայող եւ սպա։

Անձամբ իմ եւ դատախազության ողջ անձնակազմի անունից այս ցավալի կորստի առթիվ վշտակցությունս եմ հայտնում Գեորգի Կուտոյանի ընտանիքի անդամներին, հարազատներին, գործընկերներին՝ թեեւ իրականում դժվար է գտնել սփոփանքի խոսքեր»։

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը հավաստիացնում է, որ օրենքով վերապահված իր ողջ գործիքակազմով ապահովելու է տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության բոլոր պատճառների ու հանգամանքների բացահայտումը, լրիվ, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ քննությամբ բոլոր վարկածների մանրակրկիտ ստուգումը եւ վերջնական իրավական գնահատական տալը։

Միաժամանակ դատախազությունը հետամուտ է լինելու նախաքաննության ողջ գործընթացի հնարավորինս թափանցիկության եւ հանրային իրազեկման ապահովմանը։
