Եկել, խնդրում ենք, որ թողես՝ կով պահենք։ Սաղ ազգով եկել ենք ու վարչապետի կողքն ենք կանգնել, բայց մի հատ մեկդ լուսամուտը չբացեց, ասեր՝ էս իմ հարիֆ, տանջվող գյուղացին է։ Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունվարի 21-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արարատի մարզի Մխչյան գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը։ Նշենք, որ Մխչյանի բնակիչները բողոքում են օրենքի դրույթի դեմ, որով պարտադիր է դառնում անասունների մորթը կազմակերպել միայն սպանդանոցներում:

«Չեն լինելու սպանդանոցներ։ Կառավարության շենքում մի հոգի չկա՞ր. իրենք դիվան քշելով՝ եկան, նստեցին աթոռին։ Ես անասուն ունեմ, բայց անասնաբույժ չեմ տեսնում։ Չգիտեմ՝ անասունս առո՞ղջ է, թե՞ ոչ։ Տարա սպանդանոց, ասացին՝ հիվանդ է, ո՞վ է ինձ հատուցելու։ Եվրոպային են մատնացույց անում, բայց Եվրոպան փող է հատուցում այդ մարդուն»,- ասաց բնակիչը։

Ակցիայի մասնակիցներից մեկն ասաց, որ ինքը վարկեր ունի, որոնք պետք է մարի անասուններ պահելու միջոցով.

«Փաշինյանը կոչ էր անում՝ վերադարձեք հայրենիք, 20 տարի դուրսն եմ եղել, հետ եմ եկել, վարկ եմ վերցրել, անասուն եմ պահում։ Միայնակ ծնող եմ, որդուս պիտի մեծացնեմ, որ զինվոր տամ։ Տանեմ սպանդանոցի տիրոջը հարստացնե՞մ, պարանը գցեմ վզիս կախվե՞մ։ Էս ի՞նչ է իմ ձեռքերի վիճակը, ջահել տղա եմ, ես էլ եմ ուզում մաքուր շորերով, գալստուկով ու ջիպերով ման գամ»։

Նշենք, որ այսօր գյուղացիները Արարատի մարզում եւս փակել էին մայրուղին, սակայն ավելի ուշ բացեցին՝ պայմանով, որ երեկոյան մարզպետարանում հարցի վերաբերյալ քննարկում է լինելու:

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ անասնաբուծությամբ զբաղվողների դժգոհությունը կապված է իրենց բնակավայրերից սպանդանոցների հեռավորության, դրանց առաջարկած գների հետ: Նրանք պնդում են, որ սպանդանոցային մորթը պարտադիր դարձնելով իրենց զրկում է եկամուտից: Նրանք վերջին օրերին բողոքի ակցիաներ էին իրականացնում կառավարության շենքի մոտ` պահանջելով հանդիպում վարչապետի հետ: Նրանց ակցիան  նախօրեին ուղեկցվել էր փողոց փակելով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այս տարվա հունվարի 15-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել կառավարության ընդունած որոշումը, ըստ որի` Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում վաճառվող միսը պետք է ունենա սպանդանոցում մորթված լինելը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ, ինչն անվտանգության երաշխիք է։
