«Կարծում եմ՝ գազի սակագինը կբարձրանա 10-15 դրամով»,- այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի տնտեսական հետազոտությունների գրասենյակի պատասխանատու, տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը, հիշեցնելով, որ գործող սակագինը 139 դրամ է մեկ խորանարդի դիմաց՝ մինչև 10 հազար խմ գազի սպառման դեպքում:

«Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարության ժամանակ 1000 խմ գազի արժեքը 15 դոլարով իջեցումից և 2019 թ. հունվարի 1-ից սահմանին արժեքը 15 դոլարով բարձրացնելուց հետո գազամատակարարը սակագինը շահույթի և ներդրումների հաշվին 30 դոլարով նվազեցրել է: «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» պետք է հայտ ներկայացնի՝ վերականգնելու այս 30 դոլար ծախսը: Բնակչության համար կարծում եմ,  որ սակագինը կբարձրանա 10-15 դրամի չափով»,- ասել է տնտեսագետը:

«Բնական գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացումն ուղղակիորեն կազդի Հայաստանում արտադրվող ապրանքների և ծառայությունների գների վրա: Պատահական չէ, որ կառավարությունը 2020թ. բյուջեով նախատեսում է 4.5 տոկոս գնաճ՝ 2019թ. համեմատ մոտ 2 անգամ ավելի»,- նկատել է նա:

Պարսյանն ասել է, որ թոշակի, աշխատավարձի բարձրացման, եկամտահարկի համահարթեցման կառավարության որոշումների արդյունքը ի չիք կդառնա: «Կստացվի, որ քաղաքացին 2019թ. իր նույն եկամուտով ավելի շատ ապրանք ու ծառայություն ձեռք կբերեր, քան 2020-ին իր արդեն բարձրացած եկամուտով, քանի որ ապրանքները կթանկանան: Առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների գնաճն ավելի զգալի կլինի»,- ասել է Սուրեն Պարսյանը:

«Գազի թանկացումից ողբերգություն չսարքելու» իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների լավատեսական հորդորները Սուրեն Պարսյանը պայմանավորում է նրանց անձնական եկամուտների կտրուկ աճով. «Երբ մեր բնակչության եկամուտներն էլ, ինչպես իրենցը, 100 տոկոսով կամ 150 տոկոսով աճեին, նրանք մեծ ողբերգություն չէին ապրի գազի գնի բարձրացումից: Պետք է հասկանալ, որ Հայաստանում միայն իրենք չեն ապրում և կան աշխատող աղքատներ, մեր աշխատողների մոտ 25 տոկոսն աղքատ են: Նման սոցիալապես խոցելի խմբերի համար 1 դրամի բարձրացումն էլ շատ զգայուն կլինի»:

Տնտեսագետի խոսքով՝ Կառավարության և «Գազպրոմի» միջև 1.5 տարվա բանակցությունների ընթացքում գործադիրը չկարողացավ գտնել այն խնայողությունները, ֆինանսական մուտքերը, որոնք թույլ կտային փոխհատուցել 2019 թ. հունվարի 1-ից սահմանին բարձրացված 15 դոլարը:
