Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ընդունել է ԵՄ բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակությանը

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ընդունել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Հարևանության և ընդլայնման բանակցությունների գլխավոր տնօրինության Հայաստանի հետ գործընկերության հարցերով բաժնի ղեկավար Վասիլիս Մարագոսի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի հանրային կապերի բաժնից։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են  ԵՄ Արտաքին հարցերի եվրոպական ծառայության Արևելյան գործընկերության երկկողմ հարաբերությունների բաժնի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Դիրկ Լորենցը, Հայաստանում ԵՄ դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը, ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության Միգրացիոն ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ղազարյանը, այլ  պաշտոնյաներ:

Կողմերը քննարկել են ԵՄ-Հայաստան փոխգործակցության հիմնական ուղղությունները՝ ընդգծելով մարդու իրավունքների խթանումն ու պաշտպանությունը, ինչպես նաև իրականացվող դատաիրավական և միգրացիոն ոլորտների բարեփոխումները և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը:

Թաթոյանը կարևորել է նաև միգրացիայի ոլորտում մարդու իրավունքների ապահովումը: Իբրև առաջնահերթ ուղղություններ՝  նշվել են ապաստան հայցող անձանց, փախստականների և միգրանտների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, սահմանային վերահոսկողության ոլորտի բարեփոխումներն ու պետական սահմանի անցման կետերի վերազինումը: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը կարևորել է այս հարցում համագործակցությունը ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի, Հայկական կարմիր խաչի ընկերության, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի և ՀՀ ՏԿԵՆ Միգրացիոն ծառայության հետ:

Պաշտպանը, իբրև ընթացիկ տարվա գործունեության հատուկ ուղղություն, նշել է մարզերում մարդու իրավունքների վիճակի բարելավումը և Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի մարզային ստորաբաժանումների արդյունավետության բարձրացումը:

ԵՄ պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչները կարևորել են համագործակցությունը Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հետ և Պաշտպանի ներգրավվածությունը երկրում ընթացող բարեփոխումներին: Նրանք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել աջակցել ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել խորացնել համատեղ աշխատանքի ուղղությունները։
