Մենք կոտրել ենք հիբրիդային ողնաշարի փորձի ողնաշարը: Այս մասին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է Կապանում մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:

Մեկնաբանելով ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի վերջերս արած հայտարարությունը՝ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Գրիգորյանը չի հայտարարել որպես այդպիսին հեղաշրջման փորձի մասին, նա ավելի շուտ հայտարարություն է կատարել, որը լրատվամիջոցներին նման եզրակացության է հանգեցրել: Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ խոսքն այն մասին է, որ ինչպես կա հիբրիդային պատերազմ, այդպես էլ կան հիբրիդային հեղաշրջումներ: Հենց այդպիսի նկարագրություն է կատարել Գրիգորյանը: «Այդ գործընթացն ամբողջությամբ չեզոքացված է»,- հայտարարել ե Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ նպատակի համար հատկացվել են տասնյակ հազարավոր դոլարներ, լրատվամիջոցները եւ համացանցը՝ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, վարչապետին եւ նրա ընտանիքին վարկաբեկելու համար:

Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ գործին ներգրավվել էին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ եւ նույնիսկ քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներ, նախկին պաշտոնատար անձինք, դատական համակարգի որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ: «Ասում եմ «որոշ», քանի որ ես մտածում էի, որ ամբողջ դատական համակարգն է, բայց ժամանակը ցույց տվեց, որ ոչ բոլորը, այլ առանձին ոչ մեծ խմբեր են եղել: Սահմանադրական դատարանը, որոշ պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք պաշտոնները զավթել էին եւ փորձել ներգրավել ուրիշներին: Բայց ես ուրախ եմ արձանագրելու, որ ՍԴ անդամների 80 տոկոսը կարծես ներգրավված չէ գործընթացին: Միայն թե չխնդրեք անուններ տալ, քանի որ ես անուններ չտվեցի: Պարզապես ազատեք նրանց անունները տալու տհաճ զգացողությունից»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս պատկերի մեջ են մտնում նաեւ արտասահմանյան  մայրաքաղաքներ հաճախակի այցելությունները եւ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումները, որոնք երկար տարիներ սպասարկել են Հայաստանի կոռումպացված իշխանություններին եւ համարվում են իշխանության բռնազավթման համահեղինակները, քանի որ լռել են, եւ նրանց լռությունը… անվճա՞ր է եղել: Գուցե ժամանակը գա, եւ մենք անդրադառնանք նաեւ այս թեմաներին»:
