2019 թվականի Արցախի ՊԲ ձեռքբերումներն ու հաջողությունները կարելի է գնահատել գոհացուցիչ, սակայն ունենք շատ աշխատանքներ բոլոր ուղղություններով: Այս մասին ասել է ՊԲ հրամանատար Կարեն Աբրահամյանը՝ ամփոփելով բանակային տարին։

Նրա խոսքով՝ 2019 թվականի կարևոր ձեռքբերումը պաշտպանության բանակի առջև դրված գլխավոր խնդրի՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի պաշտպանության արդյունավետ կատարումն է: 

Կարեն Աբրահամյանը նշել է՝ մարտական հերթապահության ոլորտում մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել․ «Առաջին հերթին ես ուզում եմ նշել հիմնական դրված նպատակն էր բարձրացնել մեր զորքի անվտանգությունը և բարելավել կենցաղային պայմանները: Տարվա ընթացքում մի շարք զորամասերում բարելավվել են կենցաղային պայմանները, մենք ապահովել ենք մարտական դիրքերը խմելու ջրով և բոլոր զորամասերում, մանավանդ մարտական հերթապահության կրման ժամանակ, պարենային ապահովման մասով բարելավվել է սննդի տեսականին:

Բացի այդ, ՊԲ հրամանատարի խոսքով, տարվա ընթացքում կառուցվել են մի շարք ապաստարաններ, գետնատնակներ:  «Կապի համակարգում ստացել ենք այն ցուցանիշները, որն ապահովում է մեր հրամանատարության կողմից լիարժեք իրականացնել մարտական հերթապահության ղեկավարումը: Մի քանի աստիճանով բարձրացել է բանակի հզորությունը, զարգացում է  ապրել բոլոր զորատեսակներով՝ սկսած համազորային, ավարտած մարտական տեխնիկական և թիկունքային ապահովման զորամասերով և ստորաբաժանումներով: Որակական զարգացում է ունեցել տարվա ընթացքում ՀՕՊ համակարգը»- ասել է նա:

Անդրադառնալով բանակի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակին, նա հայտարարել է, որ բանակի ողջ անձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակը կայուն է և իրենք պատրաստ են իրենց դեմ դրված մարտական խնդրի կատարմանը:

«2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերին ռազմավարական զորավարժության ժամանակ մենք անց ենք կացրել համապետական զորահավաք, ընդգրկվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ամբողջ մեր ռեսուրսը»,- ասել է նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հրադադարի ռեժիմին, ՊԲ հրամանատարը նշել է. «2019-ին ունենք զգալի նվազում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների քանակի մեջ, ինչը պայմանավորված է նաև քաղաքական գործոնով: Այդ շրջանակներում կառանձնացնեմ համագործակցության մեր ոլորտում աշխատանքը Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ: Այս առումով 2019-ին հանդիպումները և Մինսկի խմբի դիտարկումների անցկացումն աննախադեպ է եղել: Կցանկանայի նշել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հանդիպումներում ձեռք բերված այդ պայմանավորվածությունները: Որպես ռազմական գործոն կնշեի մեր առաջապահ զորքի զգոն իրականացված ծառայությունը»:
