Այսօր մենք նշում ենք օրը մի բանակի,  որը բազմաթիվ փորձագետների գնահատմամբ ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանում, այլև ամբողջ աշխարհում համարվում է առավել մարտունակ ու պատրաստ Զինված ուժերից` ունակ յուրաքանչյուր պահի ռազմական գործողություններ վարելու: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, իր ելույթում ասաց պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը։

«Մենք նշում ենք օրը մի բանակի, որն արդեն համալրված ժամանակակից զինատեսակներով ու չորրորդ սերնդի ավիացիայով, վերջնականապես բռնել է նախաձեռնող դիրք, և առաջ է շարժվում ոչ միայն համարժեք հակահարված հասցնելու, այլ նաև իրավիճակը թելադրելու, մեծամասամբ կանխարգելիչ հարված հասցնելու, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում գործողությունները հակառակորդի տարածք տեղափոխելու սկզբունքով, բայց և միաժամանակ հավատարիմ մնալով հայ ժողովրդի խաղաղասեր էությանը, հայկական բանակն աշխարհում պատվով է ներկայանում խաղաղապահ և մարդասիրական առաքելություններով»,-նշեց նա։

«Մենք նշում ենք օրը մի բանակի, որը 21-րդ դարի երրորդ տասնամյակ է մուտք գործում նոր զորային կառուցվածքով, կառավարման և ղեկավարման նորացված համակարգով, որն այսօր արագորեն առաջ է շարժվում մարդակենտրոն կառույց դառնալու ճանապարհով: Հետևողականորեն շարունակվում է խրախուսվել և առաջ մղվել ինտելեկտուալ, կիրթ զինծառայողի կողմից կարևոր որոշումների կայացման, դրանց հաջող իրականացման համար պատասխանատվության ստանձման մշակույթը, և ապացուցելով զինվորի հանդեպ պետության վերաբերմունքը, առավելագույն ջանք է գործադրում նրան ըստ արժանվույն հանդերձավորելու և սնունդով ապահովելու համար»։

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ՀՀ բանակն առաջնորդվում է «Անել առավել, քան» նշանաբանով․ «Մենք նշում ենք օրը մի բանակի, որի սպաները ստանում են մասնագիտական կրթություն, պարտականության փոխարեն ունեն առաքելության կարևոր զգացումը, գիտակցում են, որ հանձն են առել մեր երկրում ամենապատասխանատու պետական ծառայությունը, և գիտակցում են նաև, որ մեր համազգային երազանքներն իրականացնելու ճանապարհին բոլորս պետք է անենք ոչ թե այնքան, ինչքան հանձնարարված է կամ ընդունված է կամ կարող ենք, այլ անել դրանից գոնե մի փոքր ավելին, առաջնորդվելով որդեգրված` «Անել առավել, քան» նշանաբանով»։
