Փետրվարի 6-ին Ստեփանակերտի  Եվրոպա հյուրանոցում  Արցախում առաջիկա  համապետական ընտրություններին ՀՅ Դաշնակցության նախընտրական ծրագրի երիտասարդության բաժինն ամբողջացնելու համար ՀՅԴ Արցախի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչ, ԱՀ ԱԺ «Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱՀ նախագահի ՀՅԴ թեկնածու Դավիթ Իշխանյանը հանդիպում-զրույց է ունեցել երիտասարդների հետ:

Երկու ժամից ավել տևած հանդիպում-զրույցի ընթացքում Արցախում գործող տարբեր երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները եւ ակտիվ երիտասարդները ծանոթացել են  երիտասարդության բնագավառում Դաշնակցության սկզբունքային մոտեցումներին  և ներկայացրել իրենց հուզող խնդիրները, մտահոգությունները և ներկայացրել առաջարկներ:

Դիմելով երիտասարդներին Դավիթ Իշխանյանը մասնավորապես նշեց . «Երբ խոսում ենք երիտասարդության մասին, պետք է հասկանալ, որ ապագան երիտասարդությանն է: 1980-90-ական թվականներին, երբ Արցախը գոյության պայքար էր տանում և պայքարի ծանրակշիռ բաժինը այդ ժամանակաշրջանի երիտասարդության վրա էր դրված, եւ այդ ժամանակաշրջանի մարտահրավերներին մեր սերունդը կարողացել է  դիմակայել, կողմնորոշվել, ցուցաբերել նախաձեռնողականություն՝ դառնալով ազգային ազատագրական պայքարի հիմնական մասնակիցը և հաջողություններ արձանագրողը:

Երիտասարդական դաշտը պետք է ներգրավված լինի քաղաքական գործընթացներին, քաղաքական ինքնագիտակցություն և  կողմնորոշում ունենա:

Երիտասարդությունը պետք է գիտակցի նա և,  որ լավ ուսումը լավ ապագա է՝ ոչ միայն անձնական, այլև համընդհանուր խնդիրների բարելավման առումով: Եթե մենք չկարողանանք ստանալ բավարար պատկերացումներ համաշխարհային զարգացումների վերաբերյալ, ապա չենք կարողանալու ինքներս մեզ համար ապահովել բարեկեցիկ կյանք: Յուրաքանչյուր երիտասարդ պետք է պատկերացում ունենա, թե ինչպես է ինքը դերակատար լինելու այդ ապագայում: Երիտասարդների ակտիվությունից ու նախաձեռնողականությունից է կախված մեր առաջիկա զարգացման գործընթացը: Ակտիվ երիտասարդությունը բարեկեցիկ ապագայի երաշխիքն է:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա երիտասարդներն իրենց հերթին բարձրացրել են կրթության, բնակարանաշինության,գյուղատնտեսության և մշակութային  մի շարք այլ ոլորտներին վերաբերող տարբեր հարցեր:
