Երկօրյա աշխատանքային այցով Վրաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր՝ փետրվարի 12–ին, հանդիպել է Վրաստանի փոխվարչապետ, տարածքային զարգացման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Մայա Ցքիտիշվիլիի հետ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՏԿԵ լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում պաշտոնյաները քննարկել են բարեկամ երկրների փոխգործակցության տարբեր ուղղություններին առնչվող արդիական հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։ Մասնավորապես՝  կողմերն անդրադարձել են վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումների բնագավառում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունավետությանը, համայնքների միավորման և ապակենտրոնացման, ինչպես նաև աղբահանության, աղբավայրերի կառավարման ոլորտներում փորձի փոխանակման հնարավորություններին, ճանապարհային ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտում՝ Դեբեդ գետի վրա՝ Սադախլո-Բագրատաշեն անցման կետի տարածքում նոր կամրջի կառուցման ծրագրի արդյունավետ իրականացմանը։

Նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նախ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության և առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունքի համար՝ ընդգծելով Հայաստանի համար հարևան պետության հետ երկկողմ համագործակցության կարևորությունը։ «Կառուցվածքի և լիազորությունների շրջանակով մեր գերատեսչություններն ունեն բազմաթիվ ընդհանրություններ։ Հայաստանում ներկայումս ընթացող բարեփոխումների այս փուլում մեզ համար չափազանց կարևոր է հաղորդակից դառնալ ենթակառուցվածքային զարգացման և ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների հզորացման այն նախաձեռնություններին, որոնցում վրացական կողմը հաջողություններ է արձանագրել»,-նշել է Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ նախարարի կողմից կարևորվել է տարածաշրջանային զարգացմանը նպաստող ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի ներդաշնակեցումն ու միասնական օրակարգով առևտրատնտեսական կապերի խորացումը։

Օրակարգային հարցերի թվում նախարար Պապիկյանը խոսել է սահմանային Սադախլո-Բագրատաշեն անցակետի տարածքում՝ Դեբեդ գետի վրա,  նախատեսվող  Բարեկամության կամրջի շինարարության ծրագրից։ Նախարար Պապիկյանը գործընկերների ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել կամրջի նախագծային աշխատանքների ընթացքի վրա և ընդգծել երկկողմ ներգրավվածությունն  ակտիվացնելու ու նախագծի հաստատման գործընթացն արագացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչպես նաև՝  ծրագրի հաջողության պարագայում վերջինիս ռազմավարական կարևոր նշանակությունը երկու երկրների և տարածաշրջանի տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության համար։

Ջերմ և անմիջական զրույցի ընթացքում կողմերը կարևորել են փոխվստահության մթնոլորտում հարաբերությունների շարունակական զարգացումն ու ընդլայնումը՝ առկա ներուժի առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործման միջոցով։
