«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հայաստանում սպասվող սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի թեման շարունակում է մնալ նաև միջազգային հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Մասնավորաբար, «Փաստ» թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Գերմանիա կատարած այցի վերաբերյալ, որի ժամանակ այս հարցն առանցքային է եղել։ 

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանը բազմաթիվ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաների հետ, և գրեթե բոլոր հանդիպումների ժամանակ հնչել է ՍԴ շուրջ ընթացող զարգացումներին ու հանրաքվեի անցկացմանը վերաբերող տարբեր հարցեր։ 

Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ զրույցները հիմնականում անցել են միօրինակ. Փաշինյանին սկզբում հաջողվել է իր խարիզմայի հաշվին, ինչպես նաև «հակակոռուպցիոն բացահայտումների» մասին պատումներով հիմնավորել հանրաքվեի անհրաժեշտության թեզը, սակայն խոսակցությունների երկրորդ փուլում եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաները Փաշինյանին հարցրել են՝ եթե նախաձեռնությունն այդքան լավն է ու չունի իրավական խնդիրներ, ապա ինչո՞ւ չեն դիմում Վենետիկի հանձնաժողով, որպեսզի առկա բոլոր անհանգստություններն ու կասկածները փարատվեն։ Այս պնդումներին ի պատասխան, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանը տվել է անորոշ պատասխաններ: 

Ի դեպ, պատահական չէին նախօրեին Հանրային հեռուստատեսության եթերից վարչապետի կողմից արված հայտարարությունները. չնայած Փաշինյանը փաստացի խուսափեց ուղիղ պատասխանից և դեռ մի բան էլ ինչ-որ հարցերի պատասխան ակնկալեց Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովից, սակայն ըստ էության չբացառեց Վենետիկի հանձնաժողով դիմելու հավանականությունը։ 

Մեզ հետ զրույցում մասնագետները նշում են, որ ներկայումս Փաշինյանը կանգնած է դժվար ընտրության առաջ, քանի որ եթե դիմի Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովին, կարող է բախվել հանձնաժողովի բացասական եզրակացությանը, սակայն կպահպանի եվրոպացիներին տված իր խոստումը, եթե չդիմի, ապա կապահովի հանրաքվեի անցկացումը, բայց միջազգային արենայում վարկանիշային առումով կտրուկ անկում կգրանցի։
