2019 թվականը հետճգնաժամային Հայաստանում  ռեկորդային ՀՆԱ-ի աճի տարի էր: Այս մասին այսօր` փետրվարի 22-ին, հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսին ասաց քաղաքական վերլուծաբան, Եվրասիական փորձագիտական ակումբի համակարգող Արամ Սաֆարյանը:

«2019 թվականը հետճգնաժամային Հայաստանում  ռեկորդային ՀՆԱ-ի աճի տարի էր: Այդ ՀՆԱ-ի աճը կազմել է 7.6 տոկոս: Ավելի վաղ հայտնի  դարձավ, որ տնտեսական ակտիվության ինդեքսը նույնպես շատ բարձր է եղել 2019 թվականին` կազմելով 7.8 տոկոս: Այս ցուցանիշների ձեռքբերման առումով  պետք է նկատի ունենալ, ինչպես օբյեկտիվ, այնպես էլ սուբյեկտիվ, ինչպես ներքին, այնպես էլ` արտաքին բազմաթիվ պատճառներ: Մեր երկրի զարգացման որոշ ներքին ցուցանիշներ, ԵԱՏՄ-ում անդամության որոշ ցուցանիշենր, ուղղակի թելադրում են ավելի լուրջ վերաբերմունք իրենց նկատմամբ, որովհետեւ ճանապարհ են բացում նոր ուղղությունների զարգացման եւ նոր հետաքրքրությունների դրսեւորման համար»,- ասաց նա:

 Նրա խոսքով` Հայաստանի տնտեսության  մեջ 2019 թվականին բացի գյուղանտեսությունից մյուս բոլոր առաջնային ճյուղերը  ապրել են էական զարգացում:

«Թեղուտի հանքավայրի շահագործման հաշվին արդյունաբերությունը 2 անգամ ավելի մեծ աճ է արձանագրել, քան 2018 թվականին: Մոտավորապես 4.5 տոկոս աճ է ապրել շինարարությունը, որը նույնպես տպավորիչ տոկոս է եւ խոսում է այս ոլորտի հետաքրքրիր զարգացման մասին Հայաստանում: Բանկերում քաղաքացիների ավանդները ավելացել են 22.4 տոկոսով: Սա եւ լավ է, եւ մտածելու առիթ  տալիս: Լավ է այնքանով, որ այդ ավանդները արտաքին տրանսֆերտները եւ ներսում վաստակած գումարների հաշվին էապես մեծացել են եւ գնացել են որպես ավանդ բանկային հաշիվներին` կազմելով Հայաստանում 6 միլիադ դոլարին համարժեք գումար, բայց մյուս կողմից էլ սա  խնդիր է, որովհետեւ նշանակում է, որ էդ ավանդատուները չեն գտնում ձեւեր իրենց ավանդները որպես ներդրում կազմակերպելու համար, որ ստանային ավելի բարձր դիվիդենտներ, քան դրանք տեղավորեին լոկ բանկերում: Սա խնդիր է, որ պետք է մտածի պետությունը, որովհետեւ եթե  մենք դրսում ինվեստիցիաներ ենք փնտրում, մենք առաջին հերթին պետք է ի նկատի ունենանք մեր երկրի  ներքին ռեսուրսը եւ այդ արդեն առկա հնարավորությունները օգտագործելու հնարավորությունը»,- ասաց նա:

Սաֆարյանի խոսքով` 500 միլիոն դրամ ծախսվել է գործարարների գերավճարները կոմպենսացնելու համար, եւ դրանով պետությունը 5-6 տարվա պարտք է փակել, այսպիսով բարելավելով պետություն-բիզնես հարաբերությունները:
