Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ Երևանում մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ կանխատեսել էի, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տարբեր պատրվակներով տնետուն է ընկնելու, բայց իրականում «Այո»-ի քարոզչությամբ է զբաղվելու... Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է Շիրակի պետական համալսարանի դասախոս, հասարակական գործիչ Գագիկ Համբարյանը եւ ավելացրել. «Առաջին փորձերը կատարվեցին «գիրք նվիրելու» օրվա շրջանակներում... »:

«Իսկ հիմա, երբ երեկ ձախողվեց ՍԴ դատավորների «Կաշառք՝ հրաժարականի դիմաց»  օպերացիան, ՀՀ վարչապետը որոշեց կրկին տնետուն ընկնելու PR քայլը վերսկսել... Այս քայլի պրիմիտիվությունը նրանում է, որ պարոն վարչապետի և «այո»-ի գովազդով զբաղվողներն այնպես են ներկայացնում, որ Փաշինյանը ում տուն գնում է՝ բոլորը նրա կողմնակիցներ ու երկրպագուներ են... Դեռ մեկը չեղավ, որ Փաշինյանին սուր հարցեր ուղղի և բացահայտի վերջինիս  չիրականացրած խոստումները, որոնք կյանքի կոչելու համար երկար ժամանակ պետք չէր... Որևէ մեկը դեռ չի քննադատել վարչապետին իր հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, ինչն ուղղակի ծիծաղելի է...Փաշինյանը փորձում է համոզել բոլորին, որ իր բարձրաձայնած «ժողովուրդը» իր հետ է...

Ո՞ւմ են իշխանությունները միամիտի տեղը դրել...», գրել է Համբարյանը:

Հանրային գործիչը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ այն ընտանիքները,  որոնց այցելում է «պարոն վարչապետն ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից ստուգված են իրենց «լոյալության» պահով, իսկ վարչապետի թիկնազորն էլ Փաշինյանի «միամիտ» այցից առաջ համապատասխան գործողություններ իրականացրած կլինի և՛ համապատասխան բնակարանում, և՛ տարածքում...»:

«Հետաքրքիր է, Գյումրի այցելելիս պարոն Փաշինյանը կարո՞ղ է «միամտաբար» մեր տուն էլ գա...Համապատասխան կառույցները շատ վաղուց են ինձ գաղտնալսում և հետևում...Մեծ աշխատանք չի պահանջվի իմ ով լինելը բացահայտելու համար...Բավական հարցեր ունեմ իրեն տալու...», գրել է Համբարյանը եւ հետգրություն թողել.

«Հ.Գ. Վարչապետի PR-ով զբաղվողները շատ պրիմիտիվ են ու նրանց մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ միայն գործ ունեն անկիրթ և «պողոսացված» մասսայի հետ...

«Հեծանիվով գործի գնալը», «Փաշինյանները կուկուռուզ են ուտում Դիլիջանի ոլորաններում», «Փաշինյանների փախուստը կառավարական ամառանոցից», «Անհայտ երեխայի պաչիկը վարչապետի հետ կառավարության շենքի մոտ», «Քծնագրիչը» և այլ օպերացիաները դրա վառ օրինակներն են...»
