Կորոնավիրուսի կանխարգելման համար անհրաժեշտ է գործատուներին կոչ անել, որ աշխատավորներին թույլ տան աշխատանքի չգալ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է հրապարակախոս Վահան Իշխանյանը:

«Կորոնավիրուսի կանխարգելման համար անհրաժեշտ է գործատուներին կոչ անել, որ աշխատավորներին թույլ տան աշխատանքի չգալ

Կոնոավաիրուսի կանխարգելման համար համաճարակաբան Աշոտ Դավիդյանցը կոչ է անում քաղաքացիներին չնչին հարբուխի, հազի, մի խոսքով սեզոնյին վիրուսների ախտանիշների դեպքում աշխատանքի դուրս չգալ, մնալ տանը, որ օրինակ, եթե վարորդը հիվանդ նստում է ղեկին, մի փռշտոցով ամբողջ մարշրտուտնու ուղևորներին կվարակի, ուրեմն, այդ ինքնամեկուսացումը, տանը մնալը ոչ միայն կոնոնավիրուսի այլև օդակաթիլային մյուս հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման համար է անհրաժեշտ։

Ցավոք, Հայաստանը այն երկրներից չի, ուր աշխատավորները տարվա մեջ աշխատանքի չգալու օրերի իրավունք ունեն, շատերն էլ առանց գրանցման են աշխատում, Հայաստանում աշխատավորների իրավունքները գրեթե զրո է, և մի օր աշխատանքից բացակայելու դեպքում կկորցնեն գումար, որն այնքան նահրաժեշտ է գոյատևելու համար։ Որևէ գծի վարորդ կամ խանութի ու սուպերմարքեթի աշխատող հիվանդ էլ լինեն, գնում են աշխատանքի, որ օրվա աշխատավարձը հանկարծ չկորցնեն, աշխատանքի չգնալու կոչերը կարող են այնքանով ազդել որ նրանք քողարկեն հիվանդությունը։ Հեղափոխություն կոչվածը աշխատավորներին ոչ միայն չնչին իրավունքեր չտվեց, այլև հեղափոխության առաջնորդը սեփական օրինակով ցույց տվեց որ գործատուները կարող են թքել աշխատավորների իրավունքների վրա, նա անձնական քմահաճույքով, տրորելով աշխատանքային իրավունքները աշխատանքից հեռացրեց մաքսային ծառայության աշխատակցին։ Եվ նրա օրինակով, ամեն օր իմանում ենք որ այս կամ այն պաշտոնյան ստիպում է աշխատակիցներին դիմում գրել ազատվել աշխատանքից, որ իր մարդկանց տեղը նշանակի, ինչպես օրինակ Գիրգոր Լուսավորիչ բժշկական կենտրոնի բուժաշխատող Ժենյա Մկրտչյանն է ասում, որ հանձնարարական է ստացել աշխատանքից դուրս գալու դիմում գրել. «Ամեն բաժիններից էլ ազատում են՝ բերելով իրենց մարդկանց՝ մորքուրի, հորքուրի աղջիկներին, մեկը մյուսի հարսին է բերում, մեկը մյուսի տալի աղջկան է բերում՝ ազատելով մնացածին», պատմել է նա։

Քիչ թե շատ, իրենց աշխատանքի բնույթի հետ կապված օրենսդրությամբ պաշտպանված են դատավորները, որ կարողանան անկախ լինեն որևէ իշխանությունից, սակայն վարչապետը այդ պաշտպանվածությունն էլ տրորեց ու նույնիսկ սահմանդրությունը խախտելով հանրաքվեի դրեց որ ամբոխ այո֊ով հեռացնի Սահմանդրական դատարանի անկաշառ, բարեխիղճ, աշխատանքյին ոչ մի խախատում չկատարած յոթ դատավորներին։

Ուրեմն, առողջապահության մասնագետներն պետք է կոչ անեն անև գործատուներին որ նրանք իրենց աշխատավորների աշխատավարձը չկտրեն, եթե նրանք հիվանդության նշանների պատճառով աշատանքի չգան։ Հասրակությունն էլ անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծի աշխատավորների պաշտպանության արհիմություններ, որոնք էլ կմշակեն էթիկական այնպիսի նորմ՝ որ պարսավանքի կենթարկեն այն գործատուին կամ պաշտոնյային, ով իր քմահաճույքով կհեռացնի կամ կպարտադրի հեռանալու դիմում գրել՝ աշխատանավորին»,- գրել  է նա։
