ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել

Առողջության պահպանման նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչությունը տեղեկություն է տարածել, որով կոչ է անում կորոնավիրուսի տարածման կանխման համար պահպանել մի քանի կանոն:

«Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ առողջապահության ոլորտի պատասխանատուների կողմից հստակ տրվել են առողջության պահպանման, հնարավոր վիրուսի տարածման կանխմանն ուղղված ուղեցույցեր, խնդրում ենք նաև պահպանել հետևյալ պարզ կանոնները:

1. Երբեմն օրենսդրության չիմացության արդյունքում մինչև 16 տարեկան երեխայի անձնագիր ստանալու, բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրում հաշվառելու, հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշ ստանալու և այլ գործողությունների համար ծնողը անձնագրային ծառայություն ներկայանում է նաև երեխայի հետ, որի անհրաժեշտությունը բացակայում է կամ ներկայացնում է հիմնավորում, որ երեխային տանը խնամող չկա:

Անհրաժեշտ է ընդունել ի գիտություն.

Մինչև 16 տարեկան երեխայի համար ցանկացած անձնագրային գործողություն կատարվում է առանց երեխայի պարտադիր ներկայության: Հետևաբար, անձնագրային ծառայություններ այցելելիս զերծ մնացեք երեխաների հետ ներկայանալուց:

2. Երբեմն անձնագրային ծառայություններ ներկայանում են ոչ միայն այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր պետք է դիմեն կոնկրետ ծառայություն մատուցելու համար, այլ նրանց հետ գալիս են ուղեկցողներ: Խնդրում ենք զերծ մնալ ուղեկցողների հետ անձնագրային ծառայություններ ներկայանալուց:

3. Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ բացի անձնագիր ստանալու և ՀՀ քաղաքացության դիմում ներկայացնելու դեպքերից, մյուս բոլոր գործողությունները հնարավոր է կատարել նաև լիազորված անձի միջոցով:

Հետևաբար, պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ մեկ անձը կարող է ընտանիքի մյուս անդամների, հարազատների, մտերիմների համար բացի իր համար կոնկրետ գործողության համար դիմելուց, դիմի նաև այլ անձանց համար, նույնիսկ հասարակ գրավոր լիազորագրի առկայությամբ:
