«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ԱԺ-ում քննարկման է դրվել դատաիրավական փոփոխությունների նախագծերի փաթեթը։ Նշենք, որ այն բավական ծավալուն է և վերաբերում է դատական համակարգում կոռուպցիան վերացնելու քայլերին։ Այս նախագծերով փոփոխություններ են սպասվում դատավորների կարգապահությանն ու բարեվարքությանը հետևող հանձնաժողովներում։ Հիմնական նորամուծությունն այն է, որ այդ հանձնաժողովներում, բացի դատարանների ներկայացուցիչներից, լինելու են նաև հասարակական սեկտորի կողմից նշանակված հեղինակավոր իրավաբան գիտնականներ:
