Ի՞նչ նպատակով է Արևշատի գյուղապետարանը մսեղեն և խմիչք գնելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Շիրակի մարզի Արևշատ համայնքը ներկայացրել է 2020 թվականի գնումների ծրագիրը։ Գյուղապետարանը մտադիր է գնել գրասենյակային պարագաներ, մաքրության համար անհրաժեշտ իրեր։ Համայնքապետարանը կգնի 2317 լիտր 400 դրամ արժողությամբ ռեգուլ յար տեսակի բենզին՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ ծախսելով 950 000 դրամ։ Դրանից մի քիչ ավելի՝ 960 հազար դրամ, Արևշատի համայնքապետարանը կծախսի հուշանվերներ և խորհրդանշական նվերներ ձեռք բերելու համար, ընդ որում, չկան տվյալներ, թե ինչ քանակի և արժողությամբ հուշանվերների մասին է խոսքը։ 

Համայնքապետարանը մտադիր է նաև պարենային ապրանքներ գնել՝ 40 հատ 2400 դրամանոց օղի, 40 հատ 1500 դրամանոց գինի, 10 հատ 5000 դրամանոց կոնյակ, 60 հատ 1000 դրամանոց երշիկ, 52 կգ խոզի միս՝ 2500 դրամ արժողությամբ։ 40 կգ տավարի տեղական, փափուկ միս ձեռք բերելու համար համայնքապետարանը նախատեսել է 120 հազար դրամ, նույնքան նաև ոչխարի միս ձեռք բերելու համար, հավի բդի համար ավելի քիչ՝ 40 հազար դրամ։ Կարծում եք ցուցակն այսքանով ամփոփվո՞ւմ է։ Իհարկե, ոչ. 10 կգ 2500 դրամանոց շոկոլադ, 50 կգ 400 դրամանոց խնձոր, նույն քանակի տանձ, որի գինը, սակայն, ավելի բարձր է՝ 600 դրամ։ Ցանկում կա նաև նարինջ, բանան, հաց, հանքային ջուր, հյութեր, պանիր, բանջարեղեն, զեյթուն։ Ֆուրշետների և ճաշկերույթների կազմակերպման համար կհատկացվի 300 հազար դրամ։ Միայն այս ծառայությունների և ապրանքների ձեռքբերման համար գյուղապետարանն իր բյուջեից կծախսի մոտ 3 մլն դրամ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ նշենք, որ համայնքապետարանն իրականացնելու է գրունտային ճանապարհների, ջրամատակարարման, փողոցների լուսավորության ցանցերի նորոգման և տարաբնույթ այլ աշխատանքներ։ Բացի դա, գումար է հատկացվելու նաև ջրամատակարարման, գազասպառման և այլ ծառայությունների համար։

Թե ինչ նպատակով է գյուղապետարանը մսեղեն, միրգ, խմիչ գնելու, պարզեցինք Արևշատի գյուղապետ Սայադ Խաչատրյանից։ Նա նշեց՝ գյուղում մի քանի տոնակատարություններ են անցկացնելու։ «Շուշիի հաղթանակի օրվա, մեր գյուղի տոնի առթիվ հավաքվում ենք գյուղով։ Հուշարձան ենք գնում, ծաղիկներ տանում, ամբողջ գյուղով հավաքվում ենք, նշում»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Սայադ Խաչատրյանը։
