Ֆինանսական շուկայի վիճակը կայուն է, մեր ֆինանսական համակարգը շատ ուժեղ է, շատ կայուն է, մանավանդ որ մենք մեր արտարժութային պահուստները հասցրել են ռեկորդային մակարդակի: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 17-ին, Facebook-ի իր էջում ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ

ԿԲ-ն էլ աննախադեպ աննախադեպ մեծ ծավալի արտարժույթ է գնել ու պահուստավորել:

Անդրադառնալով տնտեսական քաղաքականությանը, վարչապետն ասաց. «Այստեղ մենք չենք ուզում շատ շտապողական քայլեր անել, որովհետեւ նախ ես երեկ էլ ԱԺ-ում ասացի, որ տնտեսական նպաստի տրամաբանությանը դեմ եմ: Մենք ոչ թե պետք է տնտեսությանը սոցիալական նպաստ տանք, որը նրան կթուլացնի, այլ ամեն ծախսվող լումայի հիմքում դնենք զարգացման ծրագիր: մենք պետք է համոզված լինենք, որ ամեն մի աջակցության արդյունքում այդ բիզնեսները դառնալու են ավելի մրցունակ, ավելի ուժեղ:

2018-2019 թվականների արդյունքներով Հայաստանը կուտակել է շատ մեծ տնտեսական պոտենցիալ՝ տնտեսական ռեստարտ իրականացնելու, տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը զրոյից սկսելու համար: Իհարկե, այդ պոտենցիալը կօգտագործվի որպեսզի մենք այս իրավիճակից դուրս գանք ավելի ուժեղացած տնտեսությամբ: Միակ նրբությունն այն է, որ պետք է կայացնենք քննարկված, ռազմավարական խորություն ունեցող որոշումներ: Օրը մի քանի անգամ քննարկում ենք ունենում այդ կապակցությամբ»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ արդեն առաջիկայում իրենց ռազմավարությունը, մոտեցումը կներկայացնեն, թե ինչպես աջակցել տնտեսությանը, որ այն երկարաժամկետ առումով շահած դուրս գա. «Մեր պլանը, որն արդեն գծագրված է, պատկերացումների առումով պատրաստ է, ուզում ենք ուղղակի, որ ավելի համոզված լինենք, որ ճիշտ որոշումներ ենք կայացնում, նոր այդ մասին տեղեկատվությունը կիսենք հանրության հետ»:
