Տեխնիկական սպասարկման եւ հեռահաղորդակցության ապահովման թե ինտերնետի թե բջջային ծառայությունների տեսանկյունից որեւէ խնդիր չունենք։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 17-ին, ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը։

«Բավականին շատ աշխատակիցներ եւ ընկերություններ անցել են առցանց աշխատանքի ռեժիմին, որտեղ որ հնարավոր է։ Կարծում եմ՝ ողջունելի է դա։ Սպասարկման կենտրոնների վերաբերյալ որոշակի սահմանափակումներ կան հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ սպասարկման ոլորտներում հիմնականում մեր բնակչությունը ծառայություններն են ստանում փաթեթների փոփոխության կամ նոր բաժանորդագրության տեսանկյունից։ Այս առումով կան որոշակի սահմանափակումներ, այնուամենայնիվ գործում են մի քանի սպասարկող գրասենյակներ, բայց դրանց թիվը սահմանափակ է»,- ասաց նախարարը։

Նա հայտնեց, որ հանդիպում է ունեցել հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի մեծ ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ եւ նշեց, որ տեխնիկական սպասարկման եւ հեռահաղորդակցության ապահովման թե ինտերնետի թե բջջային ծառայությունների տեսանկյունից որեւէ խնդիր չկա. «Տեխնիկական այն խոցելի օղակները, որտեղ հնարավոր է որոշակի ռիսկեր ամբողջությամբ բացահայտած են, այդ ուղղությամբ տարվում են աշխատանքներ»։

Անդրադառնալով վճարումներ կատարելուն՝ նախարարն ասաց. «Բոլոր օպերատորները ունեն առցանց վճարման հնարավորություններ։ Մենք ունենք նաեւ առցանց վճարման այլ հնարավորություններ, այլ հարթակներ։ Ես կուզեի կոչ անել, որ մենք օգտվենք առցանց վճարային ծառայություններից. թե հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում, թե այլ ոլորտներում։ Մենք խնդրել ենք, որ «Փոստի» գրասենյակներում կուտակումներ չլինեն, դրանցից խուսափելու համար որոշակի անհարմարություններ կարող են ստեղծվել, բաժանմունքում գտնվողների թիվը սահմանափակվելու է, կատարվելու է ախտահանում»։
