Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունից հայտնում են, որ արտակարգ դրության օրերին ՀԿԽԸ-ն, որպես աջակցող կառույց և երկրում ամենախոշոր կամավորական կազմակերպություն կիրականացնի հետևյալ ծառայությունները․

1․ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությամբ արտակարգ ռեժիմով կգործեն Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերության Սոցիալ-հոգեբանական աջակցության կենտրոնները (հասցեներ՝ Պարոնյան 21/1, հեռ․ +374 60 625069, Իսահակյան 28, +374 60 625070, էլ․ փոստ pss@redcross.am, Գավառի կենտրոնական hրապարակ, Մշակույթի տուն 52, gegharkunikrb@redcross.am, Դիլիջան, Մյասնիկյան 53, Մշակույթի պալատ, tavushrb@redcross.am), որտեղ ՀԿԽԸ հոգեբանները կիրականացնեն կամավորների համակարգում՝ գրանցում և ուղղորդում։

2. ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հետ համագործակցությամբ՝ ՀԿԽԸ-ն, մոբիլիզացնելով իր ողջ կամավորական ներուժը, կօգնի աջակցության կարիք ունեցող տարեցներին ու հաշմանդամություն ունեցողներին կենցաղային հարցերում, այդ թվում՝ գնումներ կատարելու հարցում, որպեսզի սահմանափակվի նրանց շփումների շրջանակը, հաշվի առնելով այն, որ տարեցներն ու հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք առավել խոցելի են վարակի նկատմամբ։

3․ ՀԿԽԸ կամավորները` Ծաղկաձորում և Դիլիջանում մեկուսացման մեջ գտնվող քաղաքացիների հետ առցանց կապի մեջ կլինեն՝ պարզելու նրանց կարիքները և փոխանցելու ոլորտային պատասխանատուներին։

4. ՀԿԽԸ խնամքի բոլոր ծառայությունները շարունակում են իրենց աշխատանքը նույն ռեժիմով։

5.Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերության թարգմանիչների ցանկը կփոխանցվի ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարությանը, որպեսզի նախարարության Թեժ գծով զանգահարող օտարալեզու դիմողներն ուղղորդվեն Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերություն և ունենան իրենց լեզվով տեղեկատվություն ստանալու հնարավորություն։

6․Կամավորների միջոցով հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում հանրային վայրերում (տրասնպորտային կանգառներ, մթերային խանութների և դեղատների շրջակայք, գետնանցումներ) բնակչությանը կբաժանվեն իրազեկող թռուցիկներ՝ կորոնավիրուսից պաշտպանվելու վերաբերյալ։

7․ՀԿԽԸ կամավորներն առցանց հարթակներում կտարածեն իրազեկող նյութեր ու հոլովակներ՝ կորոնավիրուսից պաշտպանվելու վերաբերյալ։
