Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանը դիմել է ՄԻՊ-ին եւ ԲԴԽ-ին

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբան Արամ Վարդեւանյանը դիմել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանին եւ ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանին։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի Փաստաբանական թիմի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից:

Փաստաբանական թիմի հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է. 

«Պաշտպանին տեղեկացրել են, որ իր դիմումներն ստացվել են եւ մուտք են արվել համապատասխան աշխատակազմերում։ Երկու գրություններն էլ վերաբերում են Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին ներկայացված՝ Ռ․ Քոչարյանին անձնական երաշխավորությամնբազատ արձակելու միջնորդությունը քննելու շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին։

ՄԻՊ-ին ուղղված դիմումի մեջ Վարդեւանյանը նշել է, որ ներկայացված միջնորդության շուրջ ստեղծված վիճակը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի իրավունքների խախտման հերթական դրսեւորումն է, եւ անհրաժեշտ է դրա հետ կապված անհապաղ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել։

ԲԴԽ-ին ուղղված դիմումի մեջ Արամ Վարդեւանյանն աեւրձանագրել է ստեղծված իրավիճակի համակարգային խնդիրը։ Այսօր պաշտպանը եւս մեկ անգամ կապ է հաստատել դատարանի աշխատակազմի հետ, որտեղ նրան կրկին պատասխանել են, որ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը վատառողջ է եւ այլ տեղեկության չեն տիրապետում»: 

Նշենք, որ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հրաժարվել է մակագրել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանավորումն անձնական երաշխավորությամբ փոխարինելու միջնորդությունը այլ դատավորի:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը անձնական երաշխավությամբ փոխարինելու առաջարկով հանդես են եկել ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետեր Վազգեն Մանուկյանը, Խոսրով Հարությունյանը եւ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ինչպես նաեւ Արցախի նախկին վարչապետ Անուշավան Դանիելյանը։
