Արդեն հայտնել ենք, որ ՀՀ ողջ տարածքում գործում է անձանց ազատ տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ Պարետի որոշումը՝  նոր կորոնավիրուսի հնարավոր տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով։ Քաղաքացիներն իրենց մոտ պարտադիր պետք է ունենան Պարետի որոշման հավելվածով սահմանված տեղեկությունները պարունակող գրություն և անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, որոնց բացակայությունը առաջացնում է օրենքով նախատեսված պատասխանատվություն։ Մարտի 25-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողները փողոցներում իրականացրել են ստուգումներ։ Հայտնաբերվել են մի շարք քաղաքացիներ, որոնք չեն ունեցել հիշյալ գրությունը։ Նրանց նկատմամբ կազմվել են վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություններ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանմում է ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Այն անձինք, որոնք չեն ունեցել անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, ներկայացվել են տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ, որտեղ ճշտվել է նրանց ինքնությունը և կազմվել են արձանագրություններ։ Ժամը 19-ի դրությամբ 78 անձի նկատմամբ կազմվել է վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն, 40-ը՝ մայրաքաղաքում, 38-ը՝ մարզերում։ 659 վարորդ անձնական տրանսպորտային միջոցներով տեղափոխել է թույլատրված քանակից ավելի ուղևոր, որոնք իջեցվել են մեքենաներից։ Վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն է կազմվել նաև կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնող 6 վարորդի նկատմամբ, որոնք տեղափոխել են սահմանված քանակից ավելի ուղևորներ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակի հիմքով հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության ընթացքում որպես սահմանափակում նախատեսված մեկուսացման կամ ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնները կամ ազատ տեղաշարժվելու իրավունքի այլ սահմանափակումները խախտելը առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 100-ից 250 հազար դրամի չափով: Բնակչությանը ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում ենք` խստագույնս սահմանափակել բնակարաններից դուրս գալը և բնակարաններից դուրս գալ բացառապես ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ պահպանելով Պարետի որոշմամբ սահմանված պահանջները։
