Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի թեկնածու Վիտալի Բալասանյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախում ընտրությունները չհետաձգելու՝ իշխանությունների դիրքորոշման վերաբերյալ։

«Իմ շատ սիրելի արցախցինե՛ր.

Քույրեր և եղբայրներ

Իշխանությունները, հակառակ մեր բոլոր հորդորներին, որոշել են անցկացնել ընտրություններ՝ անտեսելով ռիսկերը:

Կշեռքի այն նժարը, որի վրա դրված են քաղաքական հաշվարկն ու մասնավոր շահը, ավելի ծանր գտնվեցին, քան բարոյականությունն ու քաղաքացիների հանդեպ պատասխանատվությունը։

Սա նշանակում է, որ արտակարգ դրություն չհայտարարելու և ընտրությունները չհետաձգելու որոշման հնարավոր հետևանքների ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը հանրապետության Նախագահի և խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության վրա է։ Մենք դեռ առիթ կունենանք այդ հարցին անդրադառնալու համար:

Հարգելի՛ արցախցիներ

Կոչ եմ անում ձեզ՝ մարտի 31-ին գնալ ընտրատեղամասեր, պահպանելով անհրաժեշտ անվտանգության բոլոր կանոնները:

Կոչ եմ անում նաև՝ տեր կանգնել ձեր ձայնին:

Թշնամին ուշի ուշով հետևում է զարգացող իրադարձություններին և սպասում հարմար առիթի։ Մենք պետք է զգոն լինենք, ճիշտ ընտրություն կատարենք ու թույլ չտանք դրսից խրախուսվող ցնցումներ։

Որևէ մեկը չպետք է բռնանա ընտրողի կամքի վրա ու միևնույն ժամանակ չպետք է մանիպուլացնի նույն այդ ընտրողին։ Թող որևէ մեկին չպարտադրեն ընտրություն կատարել լճացման և արկածախնդրության, փողի տոպրակի և խամաճիկի միջև։

Արցախի նախագահը պետք է լինի ինքնուրույն և ներկայացնի արցախցիներին։

Բոլորիս համար առաջնային խնդիրն անվտանգության ու արդարության ապահովումն է։ Հատկապես այս խառը ժամանակներում։

Հարգելի՛ ընտրողներ

Ձեր վստահության քվեին արժանանալու դեպքում, կանեմ ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի մենք միասին տեր կանգնենք մեր հաղթանակներին ու մեր երկրում հաստատենք արդարություն։

Ինչպես որ ծառայել եմ Արցախին որպես զինվոր, այնպես էլ պատրաստ եմ պատասխանատվություն վերցնել ինձ վրա որպես երկրի ղեկավար։

Արցախը պետք է լինի համայն հայության հզոր և պաշտպանված տունը։

Ես և խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցող «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը դա ձեզ խոստանում ենք։
