«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Համավարակի տարածման հետ կապված Հայաստանում կրթական հաստատությունների գործունեությունն անորոշ ժամանակով դադարեցված է։ Եվ կրթական հաստատություններ հաճախելու անհնարինության պայմաններում դասապրոցեսը տեղախոխվել է համացանցային տիրույթ։ Այդպիսով ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակում փորձ է կատարվում ուսանողների և աշակերտների դասերը շարունակել հեռավար եղանակով։

Իսկ հեռավար դասընթացների անցկացումը վեր է հանում մի շարք խնդիրներ։ Նախ և առաջ պարզ դարձավ, որ մեծ թվով ուսուցիչներ և աշակերտներ չեն տիրապետում նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներից օգտվելու հմտություններին և դժվարություններ են ունենում այս հարցում։

Ընդհանրապես, վերջին տարիների փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի շատ քիչ ուսուցիչներ ու դասախոսներ են օգտագործում հեռավար ուսուցումը կամ օնլայն հարթակները։ Գլխավոր պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ Հայաստանում մանկավարժները շատ ծանրաբեռնված են աշխատում և քիչ վճարվում։

Իսկ ավելի կարճ ասած՝ ժամանակին նրանց հետ համապատասխան աշխատանք չի կատարվել, և նրանք պատրաստ չէին կրթության շարունակման համացանցային ձևաչափին, ինչը մեծապես խոչընդոտում է ներկայիս պայմաններում դասապրոցեսի իրականացմանը։

Հաջորդ հարցը կապված է նրա հետ, որ կան ընտանիքներ, որոնք չունեն համակարգիչ կամ համապատասխան հեռախոս, որի միջոցով հնարավորություն կստեղծվի, որ երեխաները մասնակցություն ունենան հեռավար դասընթացներին։ Նրանց համար նույնիսկ խնդիր է ինտերնետ հասանելիություն ունենալը։

Դրանք հիմնականում այն ընտանիքներն են, որոնք գտնվում են սոցիալապես ոչ բարվոք վիճակում։ Եվ միայն հիմա, երբ այդ ընտանիքների երեխաները չեն կարողանում լիարժեքորեն մասնակցել հեռավար դասընթացներին, ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը փորձում է ինչ-որ կերպ լուծել նրանց խնդիրը։

Իսկ շատ հաճախ ընտանիքներում լինում է մեկ տեխնիկական միջոց, և երկու և ավելի թվով երեխաները ստիպված են լինում միասին օգտվել այդ հեռախոսից կամ համակարգչից։ Իսկ այստեղ խնդիր է առաջանում կապված նրա հետ, որ լինում են դեպքեր, երբ երեխաների դասերի ժամերը համընկնում են, ինչի արդյունքում հարց է, թե ինչպես պետք է նրանք արդյունավետորեն մասնակցեն դասապրոցեսներին։

Եվ պատահական չէ, որ կրթական գործընթացի համար արդյունավետ հաղորդակցության հետ կապված խնդիրների պատճառով փորձ կատարվեց առնվազն տեսադասերի միջոցով ապահովել անհրաժեշտ դասընթացները աշակերտների և ուսանողների համար։

Սակայն հարկ է նշել, որ դրանց արդյունավետությունը առկա ուսուցման համեմատությամբ բավականին ցածր է, քանի որ նախկինում դրանք երբևէ չեն կիրառվել, և մինչև ուսուցիչներն ու դասախոսները, ուսանողներն ու աշակերտներն ադապտացվեն այսպիսի եղանակով դասերի կազմակերպմանը, որոշակի ժամանակ է պահանջվելու։ 

Բացի դրանից, աշակերտների և ուսանողների շրջանում կարող է տուժել սովորելու հանդեպ մոտիվացիան, քանի որ կրթությունը, բացի կրթական բաղադրիչից, դասընկերների, ինչու չէ նաև ուսուցիչների ու դասախոսների հետ շփման հնարավորություն էր տալիս, իսկ այժմ ավելի շատ ձևական բնույթ է ստանում։ Եվ այս պայմաններում աշակերտների կամ ուսանողների ուսման հսկողության հիմնական բեռը մնում է նրանց ընտանիքների վրա։

Այսպիսով, ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակը ցույց տվեց, որ ԿԳՄՍ (նախկինում՝ ԿԳ) նախարարությունը ժամանակին հատուկ ուշադրություն չի դարձրել դասապրոցեսի իրականացման ընթացքում տեխնոլոգիաների հասանելիության և կիրառելիության հարցին։ Բացի դրանից, հեռավար ուսուցման պրակտիկան նախկինում չի կիրառվել, որպեսզի այն ճգնաժամային պայմաններում նորմալ ընկալվի։
