Ավարտվեց ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստը, որի օրակարգում այսօր առավոտյան տապալված` ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին տեղորոշելու վերաբերյալ անընդունելի նախագիծն էր: «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունը չի մասնակցել այս նիստին և չի մասնակցելու երկրորդ ընթերցման քննարկումներին, քանզի նիստի անցկացմանը զուգահեռ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություններին այդ մասին տեղեկացնելու գործելաոճը բացարձակ քամահրանք է պառլամենտարիզմի գաղափարների նկատմամբ, և իշխանությունը դրանով ցույց տվեց իր ակնհայտ վերաբերմունքը: «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունը երեկ արդեն իսկ ներկայացրել է իր հիմնավոր փաստարկները խնդրահարույց այս նախագծի վերաբերյալ և դրան կրկին անդրադառնալու անհրաժեշտություն չենք տեսնում։ Պարզապես ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատենք, որ այս նախագիծը ոչ միայն չի նպաստելու պանդեմիայի դեմ պայքարին, այլ վատնելու է հսկայական ռեսուրսներ, որոնք կարող էին ուղղվել սոցիալական աղետալի վիճակում գտնվող հազարավոր ընտանիքների նվազագույն կարիքների լուծմանը։ 

Եվս մեկ անգամ բոլորին հորդորում ենք որևէ կերպ չփորձել մանիպուլյացիայի ենթարկել այս հարցի հետ կապված «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության դիրքորոշումը: Սթափվելու և գործելու ժամանակն է: ԲՀԿ-ն արդեն իսկ ներկայացրել է ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար անհրաժեշտ կարևորագույն, հրատապ 7 կետերը, որոնք քննարկելու փոխարեն այսօր օրակարգ է բերվել իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծմանը որևէ կերպ չնպաստող հարց:

Այժմ բոլորի ուշադրությունն ու ջանքերը պետք է ուղղված լինեն պանդեմիայի տարածումը կանխարգելելուն, ազգաբնակչության սոցիալական խնդիրները թոթափելուն , առաջնագծում մարդկանց առողջության և կյանքերի համար կռիվ տվող բժիշկների մասին հոգ տանելուն, գերծանրաբեռնված բուժանձնակազմի հերթափոխի խնդիրը կանոնակարգելուն, բուժհաստատություններն անհրաժեշտ թեստերով և դեղամիջոցներով ապահովելուն: «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ է անում մեր հայրենակիցներին խստորեն հետևել անվտանգության բոլոր նորմերին, դրսևորել սոցիալական պատասխանատվության բարձր գիտակցություն: Այս փորձությունը ևս մենք հաղթահարելու ենք միասնաբար ու հավատով։ Աստված պահապան մեզ բոլորիս:
