Քաղաքական մեծամտությունը առաջ է գալիս այն ժամանակ, երբ իշխանությունը կտրվում է իրականությունից՝ ձևավորելով կարծրատիպ, թե ժողովրդի շահերից են բխում միայն իրենց առաջ քաշած նախագծերը և տեսակետները, որի արդյունքում այլընտրանքային տեսակետներն ու կարծիքներն անտեսվում են։

Այդպես է նաև մեր օրերում, երբ իշխող ուժին պատել է քաղաքական մեծամտության սինդրոմը։ Իշխանությունները, համարելով, թե ստացել են հանրության մեծամասնության քվեն, վստահ են, որ միայն իրենք կարող են ներկայացնել ժողովրդի շահերը։ Եվ այս քաղաքական ուղեգծի ներքո էլ ձևավորվում է ատելության քարոզչությունը։

Մինչ ընդդիմությունը շարունակաբար բարձրացնում է հանրությանը հուզող խնդիրների ողջ շրջանակը, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները, վեր հանված խնդիրներին լուծումներ տալու և ընդդիմադիրների հետ համագործակցելու փոխարեն, ընդդիմությանը մեղադրում են մանիպուլ յացիաների և կեղծիքի մեջ։

Եվ նույնիսկ նրանք (իսկ այդպիսիք իշխող խմբակցությունում քիչ չեն), որոնք պատահաբար են հայտնվել խորհրդարանում, ու եթե չլիներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր իշխանափոխությամբ, հազիվ թե նույնիսկ իրենց բակում ճանաչում ունենային, ԱԺ ամբիոնից կարող են իրենց թույլ տալ վիրավորական արտահայտություններ կատարել խորհրդարանական ու արտախորհրդարանական ընդդիմության հասցեին: Ընդ որում, հետաքրքիր է, որ շատերն արդեն սկսել են իրենց ձայնի տոնայնությունը նմանեցնել Փաշինյանին: 

Այստեղ երկու հանգամանք կա. մեկ՝ որ շատերը պարզապես ուզում են շեֆին ցույց տալ, թե՝ «տես՝ պորտները ոնց տեղները դրեցի», երկրորդ՝ իշխանությունները կազմակերպում են տոտալ հարձակում ընդդիմության և ընդհանրապես ընդդիմախոսների հանդեպ. պատգամավորներով, մարզպետներով, «պողոսներով» ու ֆեյքերով:

Ու սա՝ այն պայմաններում, երբ ԱԺ-ում հայտնված իշխանական պատգամավորների մեծամասնության նախաձեռնողականության և հանրությանը հուզող խնդիրներին հաղորդ լինելու աստիճանը շատ ցածր է։ Եվ քանի որ իշխանությունները բավարար աշխատանք չեն կատարել հանրության ակնկալիքներն իրականություն դարձնելու համար, քննադատություններին պատասխանելու այլ ելք չի մնացել, քան ատելության քարոզի շարունակությունը։

Սակայն զավեշտալին այն է, որ որոշ ժամանակ անց իշխանությունները հանգում են այն համոզմանը, ինչի մասին օրեր շարունակ բարձրաձայնում էին ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները։ Ու երբ արդեն խնդիրները խորացած ու դանակը ոսկորին է հասած լինում, նոր միայն իշխանությունը սկսում է գործի անցնել։

Հայտնի անեկդոտի պես, երբ մեկը վազքով հասնում է երկաթուղային կայարան, տեսնում է իր գնացքը գնացել է: Կայարանի աշխատողին ասում է՝ ե՞րբ է գնացել: Սա էլ թե՝ 5 րոպե առաջ: «Հա,-ասում է,-լավ է շատ չեմ ուշացել»:

Այ, հիմա մեր իշխանություններն են, միշտ «հինգ րոպե» ուշացած, միշտ գնացքի հետևից վազելով, բայց կարևորն այն է, որ ամբողջ թիմով գործ անելու փոխարեն ընդդիմախոսների «պորտը տեղը դնեն»: Երևի միակ բանն է, որ ստացվում է: Չնայած, եթե անկեղծ լինենք, դա էլ առանձնապես լավ չի ստացվում:

Իհարկե, ստեղծված իրավիճակը լայն հնարավորություն էր ստեղծում հանրային լայն համախմբում ապահովելու համար, սակայն իշխանության մեջ առկա տրամադրություններից երևում է, որ իրենք պատրաստ չեն համագործակցության, քանի որ իրենց մեծամտությունն ու նույնիսկ ամենօրյա սխալների արդյունքում չսասանվող անսխալականության բարդույթը դա թույլ չեն տալիս։

Սակայն ներկայիս իշխանություններն իրենց աչքի առաջ պետք է ունենան նախկին իշխանությունների փորձը: Թեպետ մեծամտանալու և իրականությունից կտրվելու համար նրանց ավելի մեծ ժամանակ պետք եղավ...
