Հայտարարված սահմանափակումների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի բնակիչներին թույլատրվում է լքել բնակության վայրը բացառապես իշխանությունների թույլտվությամբ, այն էլ` մի քանի ժամով, հայտնում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները` վկայակոչելով կառավարությանն առընթեր օպերատիվ շտաբը:

Քաղաքացին պարտավոր է համապատասխան կոդ ուղարկել կարճ համարին, եւ տնից դուրս գալ նրան կթույլատրվի միայն պատասխան հաղորդագրությունը ստանալուց հետո:

«Թույլտվության 3 կոդ է սահմանվել: Թիվ 1 կոդը կապված է շտապ բժշկական օգնության եւ ուրեւէ ժամանակացույցով բուժում անցնելու հետ: Թույլտվությունը տրվում է թաղամասի եւ քաղաքի սահմաններում` 2 ժամով: Բուժման ընթացակարգը երկարաձգելու դեպքում վերադարձի ժամը որոշվում է բժշկի կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկանքի հիման վրա: Թիվ 2 կոդը կապված է մթերք եւ առաջին անհրաժեշտության այլ ապրանքներ, ինչպես նաեւ դեղորայք ձեռք բերելու, բանկային եւ փոստային ծառայություններից օգտվելու նպատակով տնից դուրս գալու հետ (թույլտվությունը տրվում է օրական 2 ժամով): Թիվ 3 կոդը կապված է մերձավոր ազգականի հուղարկավորության արարողությանը մասնակցության հետ»,- հայտնում են լրատվամիջոցները:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանը միակ երկիրը չէ, որտեղ փորձում են խտրական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել տարեց մարդկանց նկատմամբ` իբր, նրանց մասին հոգ տանելու համար: Ինչպես ԱՀԿ-ն բազմիցս ընդգծել է, կորոնավիրուսը վտանգավոր է ցանկացած տարիքի մարդու համար, իսկ հիվանդության պոտենցիալ կրող կարող է լինել յուրաքանչյուրը:
