ՌԴ–ում ՀՀ դեպանատունն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Ի պատասխան քաղաքացիների որոշ հարցադրումների՝ նշենք, որ Մոսկվայից Երևան ապրիլի 6-ի (WZ4323) թռիչքի տոմսերի ձեռքբերման հարցում առաջնահերթություն է տրվել այն ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր վերջին օրերին ՌԴ այլ քաղաքներից տարանցիկ ճանապարհով ժամանել էին Մոսկվա, չէին կարողացել մեկնել Հայաստան չվերթների չեղարկման պատճառով և ստեղծված իրավիճակում գտնվում էին օդանավակայանում ու հարակից տարածքներում։

Նշյալ քաղաքացիների հետ մեկտեղ՝ առաջնահերթություն է տրվում բոլոր այն ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, որոնց վերադարձը հայրենիք խիստ հրատապ և անհետաձգելի է, նրանց թվում են՝ հետվիրահատական վերականգնման անհրաժեշտություն ունեցող և բուժման ցուցումով Հայաստան վերադարձողները, ծայրաստիճան բարդ ֆինանսական իրավիճակում հայտված քաղաքացիները, մանկահասակ երեխաներով քաղաքացիները և այլք։

Նման քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրվում է նաև հայ համայնքային կառույցների կողմից։

Այս օրերին ստեղծված բարդագույն իրավիճակում` հաշվի առնելով նաև նստավայր երկրում սահմանված խստագույն սահմանափակումները, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային օդափոխադրումների ամբողջական դադարեցման պահանջը, դեսպանությունը շարունակում է օգտագործել հնարավորագույն միջոցները ծագած խնդիրների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով համացանցի տիրույթում ոչ ստույգ և իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղակատվության տարածման հանգամանքը, կոչ ենք անում հետևել միայն պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից ստացվող տեղեկատվությանը։

Եվս մեկ անգամ նշենք, որ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունն աշխատում է գերծանրաբեռնված ռեժիմով ծագած խնդիրների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ»
