Երկրում ստեղծված արտակարգ դրության պատճառով տանը փակված մնալու օրերին ժամանակ ու հնարավորություն եղավ երկար մտորելու շատ հարցերի մասին: Այ օրինակ արդեն մի քանի օր է ուղեղումս մի թիվ է դաջվել: 1 միլիոն 650 հազար… Սա ուղղակի թիվ չէ : Ուղիղ էսքան մարդ Հայաստանի բանկերում վարկ ունի ու այսօր էդ մարդկանցից շատերը զրկված են անգամ իրենց ընտանիքի գոյությունը պաշտպանելու համար գումար վաստակելու նվազագույն հնարավորությունից, իրենց երեխաների համար սնունդ գնելու հնարավորությունից, ուր մնաց թե կարողանան վարկ փակել: Մի քանի օր առաջ տեսա, որ կուսակցություններից Բարգավաճ Հայաստանն առաջարկում էր գոնե մի քանի ամսով վարկային տոկոսների համաներում իրականացնել, դա նշանակում է, որ բանկերը պետք է հրաժարվեն վարկերի համար մարդկանցից տոկոսներ քերել, այլ ոչ թե ուղղակի հետաձգել տոկոսների գանձումը, ինչը հետագայում մարդկանց վզին ավելի մեծ բեռ է դառնալու: Ես երբեք ոչ մի կուսակցության երկրպագուն չեմ եղել, բայց եկեք խոստովանենք որ մարդիք ճիշտ բան են առաջարկում: Լսում եմ իշխանությունների հակափաստարկները, թե պետք է անհատական մոտեցում ցուցաբերվի այս հարցում, պետք է պարզվեն բարեխիղճ ու ոչ բարեխիղճ վարկառուները: Շատ հետաքրքիր է, թե քանի տարում են էդ բանկերը հատ հատ հանդիպելու 1 միլիոն 650 հազար վարկառուների հետ: Էդ էլ մի կողմ թողնենք՝ հիմա դրա ժամանակն է??? Հիմա էլ վարկառուների մեջ են սևեր ու սպիտակներ ման գալու: Ախր ոնց չեք հասկանում, որ հիմա կարգապահ և ոչ կարգապահ վարկառուների քննարկման ժամանակը չէ, հիմա մարդիկ մտածում են, ոնց իրենց ընտանիքները սովից փրկեն, իսկ բանկերը շարունակում են մտածել իրենց գերշահույթներ ստանալու մասին: Մի պահ դադարեք մտածել ձեր գրպանների հաստության մասին, լսեք ինչ են խորհուրդ տալիս Ծառուկյանն ու ԲՀԿ-ն, մի քիչ էլ մտածեք ժողովրդի մասին, որն էսօր կանգնած է գոյություն պահպանելու խնդրի առաջ: Գտեք ձեր մեջ էդքան մարդկություն, մարդ եղեք:
