Ստեփանակերտում և շրջաններում վարակի տարածումը կանխարգելելու ուղղությամբ ախտահանիչ աշխատանքներն ակտիվացվել են

Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբից հայտնում են, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում փետրվարի 18-ին ձևավորված նոր կորոնավիրուսի տարածման կանխարգելման աշխատանքները համակարգող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովը վարակի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ շարունակում է հետևողական աշխատանքները (մինչև մարտի 19-ն իրականացված աշխատանքների ամբողջական նկարագիրը՝  հղմամբ):

Սկսած մարտի 19-ից այդ միջոցառումները շարունակվել և ծավալվել են հետևյալ ուղղություններում.

1. 19.03.2020-ից սկսած, հանձնաժողովը շարունակել է կանխարգելիչ և հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումները հանրապետության բոլոր բնակավայրերի պետական հիմնարկներում, տրանսպորտում և այլն:

2. 21.03.2020 - պետական նախարարի հանձնարարականի հիման վրա կազմակերպություններում մշակվել է սանիտարահամաճարակային աշխատանքների կազմակերպման ուղեցույց, որն ի կատար ածելու համար ուղարկվել է հանրապետական ու տարածքային մարմիններին:

3. 21.03.20թ - Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության և առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից համատեղ մշակվել է ուղեցույց և տրամադրվել է սննդի ոլորտի տնտեսվարողներին

4. 23.03.2020 - Պետնախարարի ցուցումի հիման վրա մեկուսացման համար տարածքները ճշգրտվել են, տարբեր բնակավայրերում այդ նպատակով ամրագրելով հյուրանոցային ավելի քան 80 համարներ:

5. 26.03.2020- Կառավարության N 202-Ա առ 26.03.2020թ ընդունված որոշումը գործել է մինչև մարտի 31-ը, որից հետո գործողության ժամկետը երկարացվել է մինչև ապրիլի 12-ը ներառյալ: Այդպիսով, ավելի են խստացվել հանրային իշխանության մարմինների և նրանց ենթակայության տակ գործող կազմակերպությունների գործունեության նկատմամբ կիրառվող սահմանափակումները:

6. Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում և շրջաններում վարակի տարածումը կանխարգելելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ախտահանիչ աշխատանքները ակտիվացվել են:

Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ Պարետի 31.03.2020թ. որոշումը՝ 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 3-ից մինչև ապրիլի 12-ը ներառյալ սահմանափակվել է ՀՀ-ից ԱՀ և հակառակ ուղղությամբ սահմանային հսկիչ կետերով անձանց տեղաշարժման իրավունքը՝ բացառությամբ որոշակի դեպքերի: Դրա վերաբերյալ կազմվել է համապատասխան ուղեցույց և ուղարկվել բոլոր շահագրգիռ մարմիններին:

8. 03.04.2020- Նախաձեռնվել է սահմանային հսկիչ կետերով մուտք գործող անխտիր բոլոր տրանսպորտային միջոցների ախտահանման գործընթաց:

9. Մարտի 31-ին՝ համապետական ընտրությունների օրը, հանրապետության բոլոր 282 ընտրական տեղամասերում կատարվել է սանիտարական վիճակի պահպանման և ախտահանիչ աշխատանքներ, բոլոր ընտրական տեղամասերը ապահովվել են ախտահանիչ նյութերով, դիմակներով ու ձեռնոցներով:

10. ԱԻՊԾ ավտոպարկի մի քանի տասնյակ հրշեջ-մեքենաներ և տեխնիկական այլ միջոցներ համապատասխանեցվել և բերվել են ախտահանիչ-հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու պատրաստության:

11. Մի շարք պետական գերատեսչություններում ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել է ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանցից դիմումների, հարցումների կամ այլ գրությունների առձեռն (թղթային) տարբերակով ընդունման գործընթացը և անցում է կատարվել հեռավար (առցանց) գործունեության իրականացման:
