Կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի պայմաններում, ինչպես երբեւէ, կարեւոր է վերահսկել մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը, որպեսզի նկատել դրա անսպասելի բարձրանալը։ Սակայն ինչպիսի ջերմաչափով է ավելի լավ չափել ջերմությունը։

Ավանդական ապակյա ջերմաչափերը, որոնց ներսում հեղուկ սնդիկ է, շատերին են ծանոթ։ Սակայն այժմ դրանք մնում են անցյալում, քանի որ դրանց փոխարինելու են գալիս թվային ջերմաչափերը, որոնց մեջ ներկառուցված են տաքության հաղորդիչներ՝ շփումային եւ հեռահար չափման համար։ Ավելին, այդ հաղորդիչներն այսօր կան նաեւ սմարթֆոնների մեծ մասում, ճիշտ է, դրանք նախատեսված են շրջակա օդի ջերմաստիճանը չափելու համար։ Առավել հանրահայտ են այսօր թվային ջերմաչափերը։

Այսօր կան տարատեսակ թվային ջերմաչափեր, որոնք տարբերվում են չափելու տեղով՝ թեւատակի, բերանի, ականջի, ճակատի կամ ուղիղ աղիքի։

Թեւատակի ջերմաչափեր

Գիտնականների տվյալներով՝ թեւատակի ջերմաստիճանը ամենաքիչ ստույգն է, թեեւ մարդկանց մեծ մասը ջերմությունը հենց այնտեղ է չափում։ Երեխաների համար, օրինակ, խորհուրդ է տրվում կատարել հետանցքային չափում, մանավանդ եթե երեխաները փոքր են։

Ծծակներ

Փոքր երեխաների համար կան նաեւ ծծակների տեսքով ջերմաչափեր, սակայն դրանց արդյունքները ոչ ստույգ են համարվում, քանի որ երեխան պետք է պահի ջերմաչափը, չբացելով բերանը 3-5 րոպե, ինչը քիչ հավանական է։

Բերանի ջերմաչափեր

Մեծ տարիքի երեխաների եւ մեծահասակների համար առավել ստույգ է համարվում բերանում ջերմության չափումը, սակայն չափելու ժամանակ բերանը պետք է փակ մնա։ Բացի այդ, չափելուց 15 րոպե առաջ չի կարելի ուտել եւ խմել, որպեսզի դա չազդի ջերմաչափի ցուցանիշների վրա։

Ականջի ջերմաչափեր

Որոշ մարդկանց (հատկապես նրանց, ում քիթը փակ է) բարդ է հետեւել բոլոր այդ չափումների կանոններին, նրանց խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել ականջի ջերմաչափեր, որոնք ջերմությունը չափում են լսողական խոռոչի մեջ՝ օգտագործելով ինֆրակարմիր ճառագայթ, որը արտացոլվում է թմբկաթաղանթից։ Այդպիսի չափումը տեւում է ընդամենը մի քանի վայրկյան, եւ ճիշտ օգտագործման դեպքում արդյունքները բավական ճշգրիտ են։ Սակայ ն այդպիսի ջերմաչափերը ճիշտ օգտագործելը այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ, ինչպես ցանկալի կլիներ, իսկ օգտագործման մեջ սխալները հանգեցնում են արդյունքների սխալների։ Արդյունքները սխալ կլինեն նաեւ այն դեպքում, եթե ականջի խոռոչը լցված է ծծմբով, ինչպես նաեւ օտիտի դեպքում։ Նման ջերմաչափերի օգտագործումը նորածինների համար նույնպես խորհուրդ չի տրվում, քանի որ նրանց ականջի խոռոչը դեռեւս շատ նեղ է եւ հաճախ կեռ։

Ճակատային ջերմաչափեր

Ճակատային ջերմաչափերը 2 հիմնական տեսակի են բաժանվում՝ քներակի ջերմաչափեր եւ պլաստիկ շերտով ջերմաչափեր։ Առաջինները օգտագործում են ինֆրակարմիր սքաներ, եւ դրանց արդյունքները համարվում են բավական ճշգրիտ։ Սակայն այդպիսի ջերմաչափերը թանկ արժեն։ Պլաստիկ շերտով ջերմաչափերի ճշգրտությունը զգալիորեն ցածր է։
