«Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը Սերժ Սարգսյանի պատասխանները հատվածաբար վերաշարադրելիս ոչ լիարժեք է ներկայացրել»,-այդ մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակի պատասխանատու Մերի Հարությունյանը: Թեմայի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունը ներկայացված է ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահի գրասենյակ ֆեյսբուքյան էջում, որը ներկայացում ենք ստորև. «2016 թ. ապրիլին տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունների հանգամանքները ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նիստից հետո հանձնաժողովի նախագահը լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ որոշ մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել նիստի շրջանակներում ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի հետ հանձնաժողովի անդամների ունեցած հարցուպատասխանից, այդ թվում` նիստին Յուրի Խաչատուրովի չներկայանալու, «Հաղթանակի ապրիլ» ֆիլմի, պատերազմի ժամանակ եղած թերացումների վերաբերյալ: «Նիստում ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի արտահայտած մտքերը ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահի հատվածաբար վերաշարադրման արդյունքում լիարժեք և ճշգրտորեն չեն արտացոլել այն ձևակերպումները, որ նիստում ուղղակիորեն արվել են նախագահ Սարգսյանի կողմից, հետևաբար` ամբողջապես չեն ներկայացնում ողջ իրողությունը: Միանգամայն հասկանալի է, որ հանձնաժողովի նախագահի, ինչպես և ցանկացած մեկի համար ֆիզիկապես դժվար է ստույգ հիշել հինգ ժամ տևած նիստում նախագահ Սարգսյանի հնչեցրած ձևակերպումները (նիստն ամբողջությամբ տեսաձայնագրված է և այս տեսանկյունից չի կարող տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանությունների արժանանալ):Նիստը, ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի գնահատմամբ, ամբողջությամբ անցել է կառուցողական մթնոլորտում, սակայն կարևոր է աշխատանքի ավարտին հանձնաժողովի վերջնական եզրակացությունը:Նախագահ Սարգսյանը, ինչպես երեկ խորհրդարանում հայտարարել է, արտակարգ դրության ավարտից անմիջապես հետո հրավիրելիք մամուլի ասուլիսում հանգամանորեն կանդրադառնա այս և ապրիլյան պատերազմի թեմայով բոլոր հարցերին, որոնք կհետաքրքրեն լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին»:
