Հանրային ՀԸ աշխատակից Վարդան Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

 «Ես ՀՀ վարչապետի ուղիղ միացման ապահովման խմբի պատասխանատուն եմ եղել Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության կողմից։ Անձամբ եմ ներկա եղել այն բոլոր նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին, որոնց հրավիրվել եմ, ապահովել եմ ուղիղ եթերում տեխնիկական անխափան աշխատանքը։ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը դեռ չի արձագանքել ՀՀ վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակի հայտարարությանը, բայց քանի որ ինքս եմ անմիջականորեն շփվել, տվել, լսել և կատարել բոլոր հրահանգները, հարկ եմ համարում պարզաբանել։

Հուսով եմ, տիկին Մանե Գևորգյանը հասցրել է ծանոթանալ հեռուստատեսության ուղիղ եթերի աշխատանքին, տեխնիկական ազդանշաններին։ Ես և Մանե Գևորգյանը եղել ենք նույն սենյակում։ Ես մասնագիտական հրահանգներ եմ տալիս և կատարում։ Անձամբ եմ տեխնիկական տեսաազդանշանից առաջ ասել․ «Մենք Rec ենք»։ Սա նշանակում է, որ վարչապետը պետք է անհապաղ տեղեկացվեր այս մասին։ Ես ինքս կարող էի հուշել վարչապետին, բայց, ինչպես նշեցի, ես այդ խմբի անդամն եմ եղել՝ տեխնիկական ապահովման տեսանկյունից։ Ո՞վ պետք է ՀՀ վարչապետին ի պաշտոնե տեղեկացներ եթերում լինելու մասին։ Իմ պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը ինձ թույլ չի տալիս ստանձնել ուրիշի աշխատանքային պարտականությունները։ Զարմանալի է, որ տիկին Մանե Գևորգյանի պարզաբանման մեջ այս մասին խոսք չկա։ Սա գլխավոր հարցն է։ Առանց այս հարցին պատասխանելու հապճեպ որոշում կայացնելը և մեղադրելը, իմ կարծիքով, խոսում է կանխակալ վերաբերմունքի մասին։ Ես ինքս եմ բարձրացնում այս հարցը․ գտնվելով նույն սենյակում գործընկներների հետ, հայտնելով նրանց եթեր մտնելու մասին, ուրիշ է՞լ ում պետք է հայտնեի այդ սենյակում կամ այդ սենյակից դուրս։ Ինքս բազմաթիվ անգամներ կազմակերպել եմ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղիղ միացումները, տեսագրությունները, շտկել եմ մանրամասներ։ Ուղիղ եթերում գտնվող հրահանգը ոչ մի անգամ ինքս չեմ տվել վարչապետին, այլ՝ կազմակերպիչը։ Ես արդեն պարզաբանումներ եմ տվել Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության ղեկավարությանն ու իմ գործընկներներին։ Եթե այս գիշեր որևէ հետաքննություն, իրավիճակի պարզաբանում և քննարկում է գնացել, որի արդյունքում տիկին Գևորգյանը ներկայացրել է իր մեղադրականը, այդ դեպքում կարող եք համադրել նաև իմ պարզաբանումը։ Ես չեմ ուզում հավատալ, որ այս ծանր օրերին դավեր են նյութվում անձնական հարցեր լուծելու նպատակով։ Անկեղծորեն ցավում եմ կատարվածի համար։ Հատուկ չեմ անդրադառնում այս քողի տակ իրենց տեխնիկական գուրուներ ներկայացնող այլ անձանց պարզաբանումներին։ Ես ամեն օր կազմակերպում եմ ուղիղ միացումներ, իսկ դուք ամեն օր միայն գրում եք այդ մասին»։
