Այսօր կանդրադառնամ մեր նախընտրական ծրագրի հիմնադրույթներից համարվող այգեգործության զարգացմանը և մասնավորապես կխոսեմ մի քանի կարևոր վիճակագրական թվերի, սպասվելիք անելիքների մասին: Այս մասին Facebook_ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի ընտրված նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ինչպես գիտեք, մենք հայտարարել ենք 10 հազար հեկտար նոր այգիներ (նուռ, կիվի, ընկույզ, տանձ, արքայանարինջ և այլն) տնկելու և գյուղատնտեսության այդ ճյուղը, որը համարում եմ մեր տնտեսության ունեցած ներուժի ծանրակշիռ և դեռևս ամբողջությամբ չիրացված ոլորտը, որակական նոր մակարդակի հասցնելու մասին:

Որպես համեմատություն՝ նշեմ, որ Արցախում ներկայումս այգիների ամբողջ քանակն ավելի քիչ է՝ 6.800 հա (դրանից 1700 հա-ը՝ խաղող, 2150 հա-ը՝ նուռ), որի զգալի մասը տնկվել է 2008-2019թթ.-ին: Եթե, օրինակ, 2007թ.-ին հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում տնկվել է ընդամենը 50 հա այգի, 2008թ.-ին այդ թիվը հասցրել ենք 350 հա-ի, իսկ միայն 2019թ.-ին այն կազմել է 1210 հա, որից 790 հա-ը՝ նուռ:

Տունկը հիմնականում իրականացվել է այն տարածքներում, որոնք պետական եւ բարեգործական աջակցությամբ դարձել են ոռոգովի: Տնկիների մեծ մասն անվճար հիմունքներով տրամադրել է պետությունը. պետական մեծ աջակցություն է սպասվում այդ տնտեսություններին նաև կաթիլային համակարգի տեղադրման գործում: Իսկ որպեսզի զերծ մնանք շահարկման հերթական առիթից, տեղեկացնեմ, որ այդ ծրագրի շահառուները մեր ավելի քան 300 հայրենակիցներն են:

Այս քաղաքականությունը, ինչպես արդեն նախանշել ենք, ոչ միայն շարունակական է լինելու, այլև տրամադրվող պետական հատկացումների հաշվին մեծացվելու են ծավալները, ոռոգովի տարածքները և, ամենակարևորը, հանրային հաշվետվողականությունն ու ծրագրից օգտվելու պայմանների թափանցիկությունը: Ովքեր դեռ չեն հավատում, պետք է հիասթափեցնեմ՝ հայտարարելով, որ անաչառ կառավարումն ու հավասար հնարավորությունները ստեղծվելու են բոլորի համար: Իսկ փոխարենը լինելու ենք խիստ, պահանջկոտ ու հետևողական:
