Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Առողջապահական համակարգի հնգամյա զարգացման ռազմավարության նախագիծը:Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն անդրադարձել է նախագծի ռազմավարական սկզբունքներին, հիմնարար նպատակներին, առողջապահության ոլորտում առկա հիմնախնդիրներին և ռազմավարական ուղղություններին: Նշվել է, որ նախագծի առաջնահերթություններն են լինելու բնակչության առողջության մակարդակի, կյանքի միջին տևողության բարձրացումը, մայրական և մանկական մահացության դեպքերի, բնակչության մահացության պատճառների նվազեցումը, առավել տարածված հիվանդությունների կանխարգելումը, առողջության առաջնային պահպանման ծառայություններին չդիմելու հիմնական պատճառների վեր հանումը և դրանց վերացումը, որակյալ բուժօգնության ապահովումը:Նախագծի շուրջ ծավալվել է մտքերի փոխանակություն: Քննարկվել են առողջապահության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներն ու դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված հնարավոր քայլերը, այդ թվում՝ նախագիծը դրանցով համալրելու նպատակով:Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ պետք է առավել կոնկրետացնել նախագծով նախատեսվող գործողությունները ու ընդգծել մոր և մանկան առողջության ապահովման ուղղությամբ առկա խնդիրների լուծման կարևորությունը։ «Ռազմավարությունը պետք է լինի մարդակենտրոն, և մեր ռազմավարական խնդիրն է՝ մարդկանց առողջության ապահովումը: Մեր քայլերով մաքսիմալ պետք է խթանենք ծնելիությունը, ըստ տարիքների վեր հանենք առողջապահական խնդիրները, իրականացնենք դրանց լուծման համապատասխան գործողություններ, նպաստենք մարդկանց երկարակեցությանն ու աշխատունակությանը»,- ասել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է լրամշակել նախագիծը, ներկայացնել միջոցառումնմերի ծրագիր և դրանով նախատեսվող քայլերի հստակ ժամանակացույց:
