«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Ինձ բնավ չի հետաքրքրում՝ ով է մեղավոր, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հազալու կամ գլուխ քորելու կադրերը հայտնվել են համացանցում: Մտահոգիչ երկու հանգամանք կա. երկու տարվա փորձառություն ունեցող «նորեկները» պաշտոնական արարողակարգին չեն տիրապետում ու, ի վերջո, ինչի մասին էր իբրեւ թե կորոնավիրուսի մասին այդքան չարչրկված ուղերձը:

Ո՞ւմ պայծառ գլխում է ամեն անգամ միտք հղանում, որ վարչապետի ելույթի համար սեւ, ոչինչ չասող ֆոն պետք է ընտրել: Որտե՞ղ են դրոշն ու գերբը, աշխարհում կա՞ մեկ այլ երկիր, որի առաջին դեմքը պետական խորհրդանիշերի բացակայությամբ է ուղերձ հղում:

Պատին հենած դրոշի համար տեսախցիկների առջեւ երիտասարդի վրա մուննաթ եկող վարչապետի մտքով չի՞ անցնում իր ելույթներից բացակայող դրոշի ու գերբի համար իր օգնական-խորհրդականներին «ասֆալտին փռել»:

Դա ոչ թե ուղերձ, այլ փողոցային լոզունգները կրկնելու ու մարդկանց հիշողությունը թարմ պահելու ձեւ էր ընդամենը: Փաշինյանի թիմի անտեղյակությունն արարողակարգային նորմերին, ցավոք, միջազգային ասպարեզում նույնպես նկատելի է: Փետրվարի 15-ին Քուվեյթի վարչապետի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, օրինակ, երկու երկրների ձեռքսեղմման ու լուսանկարվելու արարողությունը տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանի դրոշի բացակայության պայմաններում: Վարչապետին ուղեկցող թիմը դա երեւի չի էլ նկատել:

Խնդիրը նաեւ պետական այլ ապարատներում է առկա: Օրերս, երբ ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն Ազգային ժողովում մասնակցում էր Ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին, խորհրդարանի բակում նրան ԱԺ նախագահը, փոխնախագահները կամ որեւէ այլ պատգամավոր չդիմավորեցին: Անկախ ամեն ինչից՝ եթե Սարգսյանը համաձայնել ու եկել էր, ապա իշխանությունները պետք է մի կողմ դնեին անձնական ամբիցիաներն ու թեկուզեւ անձնազոհաբար ըստ արարողակարգի շարժվեին: Դա բացառապես նրանց վեհանձնության մասին էր խոսելու»:
