Կինոռեժիսոր Հովհաննես Գալստյանը ֆեյսբուքայն էջում անդրադարձել է ՀՀ մշակույթի նախկին նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանի հայտարարությանը,  համաձայն որի՝ դատական հայցով դիմել է դատարան:

 Հովհաննես Գալստյանի պատասխանը մշակույթի նախկին նախարարին ներկայացնում ենք ստորև:

«Արմենի՝ ֆեյսբուքյան հերթական հուզառատ գրառմանն ի պատասխան՝ մեջբերում եմ N քրեական գործը վարող քննիչի ՈՐՈՇՈՒՄ-ից մի հատված, որը հուսամ «արևի շողի նման» կպարզեցնի պաշտոնաթող նախարարի միտքը.

«Հայաստանի ազգային կինոկենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Շուշանիկ Միրզախանյանի հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ ՔԿ N բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի N հոդվածի, N մասի N կետով հարուցվել և քննվել է թիվ N քրեական գործը։

 -Նախաքննության ընթացքում Շ․ Միրզախանյանը դիմում է ներկայացրել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին՝ հայտնելով կինոռեժիսոր Հովհաննես Գալստյանի կողմից «Տատիկիս վարսերը» ֆիլմի նկարահանման համար տրամադրված պետական աջակցության գումարից 5.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ հափշտակելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ։

 -Չարաշահումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները ստուգելու եւ քրեական գործ հարուցելու բավարար հիմքերի ակնկալում եմ, որ սա կարդալուց հետո պաշտոնաթող նախարարը կդադարի աղաղակել սոցցանցերում, կներկայանա ՀՔԾ և պարզաբանումներ կտա իրեն մեղսագրվող պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահման մասով, որից հետո կհատուցի ֆիլմին հասցրած ամբողջ գույքային վնասը։

 -Նկատի ունենալով, որ քրեական օրենսգրքով չթույլատրված արաքի կատարմամբ Հովհաննես Գալստյանին պատճառվել է գույքային վնաս, ուստի ղեկավարվելով ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի N-րդ հոդված պահանջներով՝ ՈՐՈՇԵՑԻ վարույթում քննվող N քրեական գործով Հովհաննես Գալստյանին ճանաչել տուժող․․․»:

 Ակնկալում եմ, որ սա կարդալուց հետո պաշտոնաթող նախարարը կդադարի աղաղակել սոցցանցերում, կներկայանա ՀՔԾ և պարզաբանումներ կտա իրեն մեղսագրվող պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահման մասով, որից հետո կհատուցի ֆիլմին հասցրած ամբողջ գույքային վնասը։

 Ինչ մնում է իմ դեմ դատարան դիմելուն, ինչպես ասում են՝ իմա՞ստը, եթե ՀՔԾ-ն արդեն վարույթ է ընդունել քրեական գործը։ Բայց փորձի՛ր։ Ես ինքս կապահովեմ այդ դատական գործի առավելագույն հրապարակայնությունը։

 Հ. Գ․ Հարգելի՛ լրագրողներ, հուսամ այս նուրբ, բայց արդեն հանգուցալուծմանը շատ մոտ գործով, այսուհետ կներկայացնենք երկու կողմերի մեկնաբանությունները, ոչ թե կբավարարվեք մերկապարանոց ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումները տարածելով։
