ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 

«Մեկ տարուց ավել փորձում եմ պատասխան ստանալ, թե ուր է արդեն մեկ միլիարդից ավել կազմող զինծառայողների սոցապահովության հիմնադրամի հաշվետվություններում չերևացող գումարը։ Վստահ եմ, վարչապետի հետ իմ ունեցած մի քանի հարցուպատասխանները հիշում են բոլորը, հիշում են նաև վերջինը, երբ ես համաձայնեցի վարչապետ Փաշինյանի առաջարկին` հանձնարարել ՊՎԾ-ին ստուգում իրականացնել։ Մինչ օրս որևէ տեղեկություն դրանից չկա։ Մինչդեռ տեղի ունեցավ այլ բան՝ կառավարությունը որոշեց հանել ինձ Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կազմից՝ ներկայացնելով այն որպես ԲՀԿ-ի առաջարկ` խմբակցությունից իմ դուրս գալու պատճառով, ինչը կամ ապօրինի է, որովհետև նման բան չի կարող լինել ըստ հիմնադրամի կանոնադրության (այս հանգամանքը կարող է ստուգել յուրաքանչյուր մարդ բաց տիրույթում), կամ սուտ է, որովհետև ոչ Խորհրդարանը, ոչ էլ որևէ խմբակցություն իրավասու չեն Հիմնադրամի խորհրդի ձևավորմանը մասնակցել։ Հատկապես, վստահ եմ, որ ԲՀԿ-ի մեր գործընկերները հիանալի հասկանում են, թե ժողովրդին պատկանող անհետացած գումարների վերաբերյալ ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնողի փոխարինումը հենց այս պահին ինչ ընկալում կարող է հանրության մեջ առաջացնել։ Այս հանգամանքը խոսում է նրա մասին, որ կառավարությունն ինքն է դիմել խմբակցությանը փոփոխության առաջարկով, իսկ ապացուցում է դա այն, որ դեռ մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչն իմ աշխատակցի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում քննարկել է Հիմնադրամի խորհրդում իմ կարգավիճակի հարցը։ Եզրակացությունները ժողովրդին, բայց կա մի բայց՝ ես գործող պատգամավոր եմ, ու ամեն քառօրյա կառավարությունը ստիպված է լինելու նորից լսել այդ հարցը, պարզաբանել այն և պատասխանատվության ենթարկել մեղավորներին։
