«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հայաստանում այսօր ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ յուրաքանչյուր հարմար առիթի դեպքում որոշ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ և իրենց փորձագետ հռչակած անհատներ ցանկացած իրադարձության հետ կապված հրապարակավ ներկայացնում են իրենց պատկերացումները՝ փորձելով մի կողմից մնալ ջրի երեսին, մյուս կողմից՝ ինչոր բաներ «թելադրել» իշխանություններին։ Այս հարցում առավել ակտիվ են Բաց հասարակության հիմնադրամն ու նրա հովանավորությամբ գործող կազմակերպությունները։ 

Մասնավորաբար, նախօրեին հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Սորոսի գրասենյակը» և նրա «մասնաճյուղ-սատելիտները» կոչով են հանդես եկել՝ կապված ՀՀ տարածքում գործող բջջային օպերատորների գործունեության հետ։ Այստեղ էականը կոչի բովանդակությունը չէ, այլ այն, որ նման կազմակերպությունները, որոնք սնվում են բացարձակապես արևմտյան գրանտներով, հանրության մոտ փորձում են «սրտացավության» հերթական «դոզան» ներարկել։ 

Այդ ՀԿ-ներն ամենօրյա հաճախականությամբ փորձում են ցանկացած առիթով հիշեցնել իրենց մասին։ Վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում հանրությանը հայտնի ՀԿ-ների խումբն ամենատարբեր առիթներով տարբեր հայտարարություններով ու կոչերով է հանդես գալիս։

 Սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ բացի նրանից, որ ՀՀ իշխող էլիտայի կողմից ունեն ազատ գործելու «դաբրո», միևնույն ժամանակ իշխանությունում որոշակի «փայ» ունենալու հանգամանքով պայմանավորված՝ հստակ ուղղորդում են և սեփական տեսակետներն առաջ քաշում՝ հաճախ նաև պարտադրելով օրվա իշխանությանը։

Ի դեպ, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, մեծամասամբ սա արվում է իշխանությունների հետ հստակ համաձայնություն ձեռք բերելուց հետո, իսկ կոնկրետ հայտարարությունների ոլորտներն ընտրում են նախաձեռնողները։
