Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում հնչեցրած մտքերին։ Նա մասնավորապես նշում է, որ տարիներ շարունակ եղած անտարբերության հետևանքն է, որ վարչապետը նոր է գլխի ընկել, որ հարևանը հարևանին կարող է օգնել, նրա հոգսը կիսել և այլն։ Գրառումն ամբողջությամբ՝ ստորև․

Ուրիշ մի խնդիր էլ կա։ Ուրեմն ապիկարների այս կառավարությունը՝ իր վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ, արդեն մի ամիս է գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով խոսում են այն մասին, թե չեն կարողանում «տեղորոշել» սոցիալական ծանր կացություն ունեցող քաղաքացիներին։ Փնտրում ու չեն գտնում։ Այսինքն իրավիճակին չեն տիրապետում։ Հանրային լայն շերտերի հետ աշխատելու ձև չգիտեն։ Հետևաբար նաև չեն կարող կազմակերպել մարդկանց բնականոն աշխատանքը։ Չեն կարող ղեկավարել։ Ոչինչ չեն կարող անել։
