Մայիսի 2-ի դրությամբ, երբ ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ մայիսի 4-ից կվերացվի տեղաշարժի արգելքը, կբացվեն բացօթյա սրճարանները, ռեստորանները, գեղեցկության սրահները՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ գրանցված է կորոնավիրուսով վարակված 2273 դեպք, որից վարակակիր է 1227-ը։

 Ընդ որում, արձանագրենք, որ վերջին օրերին յուրաքանչյուր օրվա կտրվածքով գրանցվում է, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի որակմամբ, ռեկորդային տվյալներ։ Վերջին մեկ շաբաթում օրական հաստատվել է 69, 62, 59, 65, 134, 82, 125 դեպքերը: Մինչև օրս մահացել է 33 մարդ` 27-ից 93 տարեկան։

 Համեմատության համար, հիշեցնեմ, որ մարտի 16-ին, երբ նոր կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության տարածման դեպքերով պայմանավորված ՀՀ կառավարությունը ողջ հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարեց՝ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ հոսպիտալացված էր 87 հիվանդ, որից հաստատված է միայն 45-ը:

 Ամենապարզ տրամաբանությամբ, համեմատելով 2273 և 87 թվերը հասկանալի է, որ վարակվելու հավանականությունը գրեթե երեք անգամ ավելացել է։ Հենց այս պայմաններում էլ հարազատ կառավարությունը որոշում է դուրս գալ վարակի սահմանափակումների ռեժիմից։

 Արտակարգ դրության սահմանափակումներից դուրս գալու միակ հիմնավորումը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության վերջին նիստում հնչեցրած կարծիքն է․ «վարակի սահմանափակումների ռեժիմից դուրս գալու մասին խոսում ենք ոչ թե նրա համար, որ հաղթահարված է, այլ, որ, օրինակ, կարծում եմ՝ ակնհայտ է, որ առնվազն մինչև մյուս տարվա մարտ-ապրիլ ամիսը մենք ունենալու ենք դեպքեր և, հետևաբար, չենք կարող մեկ տարի ուղղակի փակված ռեժիմով ապրել»:

 Ստացվում է, որ, կառավարությունը որոշումներ է կայացնում ոչ թե տվյալների վերլուծությունների, փաստերի ուսումնասիրման ու եզրակացությունների, դրանց վրա հիմնված կանխատեսումների, այլ ՝ զուտ սուբյեկտիվ կարծիքների հիման վրա։

 Չեմ վիճարկուm, թե հնարավոր է կորոնավիրուսով վարակման դեպքերը շարունակվեն մեկ, գուցե ավել տարիներ։ Պարզապես ուզում եմ արձանագրել, այդ դեպքում ո՞րն էր իմաստը՝ 45 վարակակրի առկայության պայմաններում հանրապետության ողջ բնակչությանը «փակել» տանը, իսկ 1227 վարակակրի դեպքում մարդկանց թողնել «բաց նավարկության»։

 Հ․Գ․ Հաաաա, կարծեք թե հասկացա, այս ընթացքում ձեռքերը օճառով լվանալու մասին բազմաթիվ գովազդային տեսահոլովակներ պատրաստվեցին ու հեռարձակվեցին, անսահման քանակությամբ ալկոգել, բժշկական դիմակներ ու ձեռնոցներ վաճառվեցին։
