Եվ այնուամենայնիվ Հայաստանում մահերի թվի աննախադեպ աճ է լինելու: Դա այլևս անհերքելի է:

Ապաշնորհ, թերևս հանցավոր ապակառավարման արդյունքում ապապետական իշխանությունը դարձյալ պատասխանատվությունը նետեց ժողովրդի ուսերին, ազատեց ինքն իրեն այս փուլի պատասխանատվությունից և գործարկեց տնտեսությունն` առանց դրան պատրաստ լինելու: Եվ դրա գինն ավելի ու ավելի մարդկային կյանքեր են լինելու:

Իսկ պատճառը մեկն է` չգնալ խելացի, վճռական, ռիսկային, բայց անխուսափելի քայլերի, որոնք մի շարք այլ պետություններ կատարելով` համեմատաբար քիչ տնտեսական և մարդկային կյանքերի կորուստներ են ունեցել: Չգնալ այդ հավասարակշռված քայլերին, որովհետև տգիտությունը, հիմարությունն ու մարտնչող մեծամտությունը դա թույլ չեն տալիս հասկանալ և անել:

Հայհոյե´ք, մեղադրե´ք նեգատիվիզմի մեջ, ասացե´ք ինչ ուզում եք: Մեկ ամսից մեր խոսքերի իրականանալուն ականատես կլինենք: Եթե, իհարկե թեստավորումն արվի ու ավելացվի: Կասկածներ կան, որ իշխանությունը կսկսի մանիպուլացնել վարակակիրների, հիվանդների և մահերի թվերը` դրանք իրականությունից ցածր ցույց տալու համար:

Այն ինչ կատարվում է Հայաստանում` շատ նման է հանցագործության` սեփական ժողովրդի և պետության դեմ: Հասարակական ոչ շատ գիտակից շերտերը դա չեն հասկանում և չեն ըմբռնում, բայց կգա ժամանակ, երբ ըմբռնողներն ու գիտակցողները պատասխանատվության կկանչեն այս իշխանությանը:
