Ալիշա Կիրգանը դարձավ` ես կշռում եմ 300 կգ ամերիկական շոույի մասնակից: Նախագծին մասնակցում էին հսկայական քաշ ունեցող մարդիկ, ովքեր որոշում էին նիհարել:

Ալիշան ապրում էր ամուսնու հետ, ով իրեն պահում էր: Նա դժվար թե ինքնուրույն որևէ բան աներ, քանի որ նրա քաշը հասնում էր 282 կգ-ի: Ցուցադրությանը մասնակցելու պահին նա 32 տարեկան էր:

Ալիշան հազիվ էր դուրս գալիս անկողնուց, նորմալ չէր կարողանում լոգանք ընդունել, ամբողջ ժամանակ ուտում էր` չնայած որ ամաչում էր դրանից:

Մասնակցությունը ծրագրին. Գլխավոր բժիշկը` վիրաբույժ` դոկտոր Նազարարդնն էր, որը հրահանգել էր Ալիշային 22 կգ նիհարել:

Միայն այդ իրավիճակում նա կանցնի վիրահատություն՝ ստամոքսը կրճատելու համար: Բայց կինը չի հաղթահարում առաջադրանքը և կորցնում է ընդամենը 8 կգ: Վիրահատությունը չի հաստատվում, իսկ աջորդ 2 ամիսների ընթացքում նա կորցնում է ընդամենը 7 կգ:

Բժշկից խորհուրդներ ստանալով՝ Ալիշան այնուամենայնիվ կարողանում է հասնել իր նպատակին և հաջորդ ամսվա ընթացքում կարողացանում է կորցնել 23 կգ: Նա վիրահատվում է` կրճատելով ստամոքսը, որի շնորհիվ ախորժակը փակվում էր:

Նախագծին մասնակցության առաջին տարում Ալիշան կորցրեց 90 կգ։ Այնուհետև նրա դեմ կանգնեց ամուսինը և նա աստիճանաբար սկսեց ավելի դանդաղ նիհարել և ընդհանրապես քաշ չէր կորցնում: Բժիշկը հասկացավ, որ նա նորից հետ է գալիս իր նույն կշռին, իսկ հետո` պատճառները:

Պարզվեց, որ ամուսինը նրան տալիս է կեղծ աջակցություն, թվում է օգնում էր, ինչ-որ խորհուրդներ էր տալիս: Նա ասում էր, որ իր կինը չպետք է ծանրաբեռնված լինի։ Ալիշայի ամուսինը չկարողացավ ընդունել այն գաղափարը, որ իր կինը այժմ դառնում է ավելի ինքնուրույն, նա դա չէր ցանկանում, քանի որ գոհ էր իրենց անցած կյանքից։

Այն բանից հետո, երբ բժիշկը նկատողություն արեց, Ալիշան վիրավորվել էր և որոշեց հեռանալ ծրագրից, բայց որոշ ժամանակ այց վերադարձավ. Ալիշան սկսեց գնալ հոգեբանի և իր ամուսնու հետ կարողացավ հայտարարի գալ:

Կինը սկսեց նորից նիհարել և վերադարձավ ծրագրին` 4 ամսվա ընթացքում նիհարելով 34 կգ: Ալիշա Կիրգան` մասնակից, որի մասին նկարահանվել են երկու իրական սերիա, ես կշռում եմ 300 կգ` հաղորդման շրջանակներում: Նախագիծը նրա հետ էր մոտ 2 տարի:
