«Չելսի» ֆուտբոլային ակումբի սեփականատեր Ռոման Աբրամովիչի տունը գնահատվում է $140 մլն։ Առանձնատունը գտնվում է Լոնդոնում՝ Քենինգթոն Փալաս Գարդենսում։

Ըստ տարածված շշուկների՝ Աբրամովիչն ընդլայնել է արդեն իսկ շքեղ տունը՝ կառուցելով ավտոմեքենաների ստորգետնյա թանգարան, սպորտային կենտրոն և թենիսի դաշտ։

 

  1. Քենինգթոն Փալաս Գարդենսի N18/19 տուն

Այս տունը ևս գտնվում է Լոնդոնի վերոնշյալ փողոցում։ Այն գնահատվում է $222 մլն դոլար և պատկանում է Լակշմի Միտալին՝ աշխարհի 100 ամենահարուստ հնդիկներից մեկին և պողպատի արտադրության ամենախոշոր Arcelor ընկերության սեփականատիրոջը։

Այս տունը գտնվում է արքայազն Ուիլյամի և Քեյթ Միդլթոնի տան հարևանությամբ։ Այն ունի 12 ննջասենյակ, 20 ավտոմեքենայի համար նախատեսված ավտոտնակ, փակ լողավազան և թուրքական բաղնիքներ։

Մոնտանա նահանգի Բիգ-Սքայում գտնվող այս առանձնատունը գնահատվում է $155 մլն։ Այն ունիդահուկի և գոլֆի սեփական դաշտեր։

Սեփականատերեր Էդրա և Թիմ Բլիքսեթները տանը ներդրել են տաքացվող հատակ, մարզասրահ, մի քանի լողավազան։
