Տեսչական մարմինը մշտադիտարկումներ է իրականացրել հանրային տրանսպորտի անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման վերաբերյալ

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական եւ հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի տրանսպորտային անվտանգության մասնագետների կողմից 2020 թ. մայիսի 18-ից 22-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվել են մշտադիտարկումներ եւ վերահսկողական աշխատանքներ հանրային տրանսպորտի անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման նկատմամբ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական եւ հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի տրանսպորտային անվտանգությունից։ Կազմվել եւ տրամադրվել են ուղեցույցներ՝ կանոնավոր եւ ոչ կանոնավոր ուղեւորափոխադրումներ իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներին, վարորդներին, տաքսու վարորդներին։ Որպես նախնական կանխարգելիչ գործողություններ իրականացվել են իրազեկման աշխատանքներ ուղեւորների, ավտոկայարանների եւ հավաքակայանների աշխատակիցների շրջանում։

Մարզերում եւ Երեւան քաղաքում Տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցները ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ հիմնական ավտոճանապարհների վրա իրականացրել են ամենօրյա հսկողություն՝ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելով այն տրանսպորտային միջոցները, որոնք սովորաբար գերբեռնված են լինում: Տրանսպորտային միջոցում առանց դիմակի կամ սահմանված քանակից ավել ուղեւորներ հայտնբերելու դեպքում ուղեւորներն իջեցվել են տրանսպորտային միջոցներից, որից հետո միայն տրանսպորտային միջոցը շարունակել է իր բնականոն աշխատանքը:

Յուրաքանչյուր մարզում եւ Երեւան քաղաքում ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ ստեղծվել են շրջիկ խմբեր, որոնք ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հսկողություն են իրականացնում Պարետի որոշման պահանջների կատարման նկատմամբ:

Տեսչական մարմնի եւ «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության աշխատակիցների համատեղ կատարված վերահսկողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են մի շարք խախտումներ, տեղում կատարվել են իրազեկման աշխատանքներ եւ տրվել պարտադիր կատարման ցուցումներ։
