Քաղաքական մեկնաբան Մենուա Հարությունյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
«Երբ ՀՀ իշխանությունները հայտարարեցին Մաքսային միությանն անդամակցելու մտադրության մասին, արդեն իսկ պարզ ու կանխատեսելի էր Հայաստանի նկատմամբ Արևմուտքի հետագա վերաբերմունքն ու դրանից բխող քայլերը: Պարզ էր, որ այդ հանգամանքը հատկապես մեծ ուրախություն պարգևեց արևմտյան դոնոր կազմակերպություններից սնվող ՀԿ-ներին ու քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստի անվան տակ դրամաշնորհներ «կպցնող» կոնկրետ շրջանակներին: Բնականաբար, նրանց ակնկալիքներն արդարացան և Արևմուտքը դրամաշնորհների նոր խմբաքանակ ուղղեց դեպի ՀՀ քաղաքացիական ու հասարակական դաշտ և հստակ մատնանշեց թիրախը` Մաքսային միություն:
Ուսումնասիրություններ ու վերլուծություններ իրականացնելու անվան տակ տրամադրվող հսկայական գումարները պատվիրատուների ներկայացրած պահանջների շրջանակներում էլ մեր ակտիվիստ կոչեցյալներն անցնում են գործի` մոռանալով ազգ, հայրենիք, պետություն... Ուսումնասիրություն ու վերլուծություն հասկացությունները եթադրում են, որ դրանց արդյունքները դեռևս անհայտ են և վերջնարդյունքը պարզ կլինի միայն համապատասխան աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո: Բայց արի ու տես, որ մեր “անաչառ” դրամաշնորհագետների դեպքում այս կանոնը չի գործում:
Ինչպես մեզ հայտնի դարձավ հավաստի աղբյուրներից, վերջերս այդպիսի մի պատվեր է իջեցվել հայրենական արտադրության ակտիվիստներին: Մասնավորապես, մի քանի ՀԿ-ների տրամադրվել է լուրջ ֆինանսավորում, որի դիմաց պետք է իրականացվեն ուսումնասիրություններ, թե Մաքսային միությանն անդամակցելը ինչպիսի ազդեցություն կունենա ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա: Առաջին հայացքից թվում է, թե դա սովորական, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև օգտակար աշխատանք է, բայց կոնկրետ այս դեպքում խնդիրը մի փոքր այլ է: Բանն այն է, որ պատվիրատուները արդեն նախապես պահանջել են, որպեսզի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները մատուցվեն այնպես, որ հասարակության շրջանում ձևավորվեն բացասական կարծիքներ Մաքսային միությանն անդամակցելու հարցի վերաբերյալ: Այդ «առաքելությունն» իրագործելի դարձնելու համար արևմտյան գրանտատուները պատվիրել են ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացնել ՀՀ-ում վաճառվող սննդի մեջ գենետիկ մոդիֆիկացված օրգանիզմների առկայության վերաբերյալ: Պատվիրատուների ցանկությամբ, այդ թեմայի շուրջ կատարված «ուսումնասիրությունների» արդյունքում պետք է «պարզվի», որ գենետիկ մոդիֆիկացված օրգանիզմները առկա են հենց Մաքսային միության տարածքից ներկրվող սննդամթերքում:
Մի կասկածեք, որ «լրջագույն ուսումնասիրությունները» կբերեն հենց այդ եզրահանգման: Իսկ անհավատներին առաջարկում ենք համոզվելու համար վերընթերցել նյութը և ուշադրություն դարձնել «տրամադրվել է լուրջ ֆինանսավորում» բառերին»:
