Վատ է, երբ երկրի տնտեսությունը կախված է բացառապես սպառվող բնական ռեսուրսից.այսօր կա,վաղը՝ չկա: Մեր թշնամի Ադրբեջանի,կներեք ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը կախված է բացառապես նավթի վաճառքից՝նավթադոլլարներից: Արաբական շատ երկրներ նույնպես հարուստ են բացառապես նավթի շնորհիվ,իսկ,եթե նրանց արգելեն նավթ վաճառել,կամ վերջանա նավթը,նրանք կգնան 20րդ դարասկիզբ,դուրս կգան շքեղ պալատներից և կհայտնվեն նույն հողաշեն հյուղակներում,որտեղ,որ մինչև նավթի վաճառքին անցնելն էին: Բացառություն կարելի է համարել միայն Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները,որտեղ չեն մսխում նավթադոլլարները,միայն շքեղ պալատներ չեն կառուցում,այլ՝վայելելուն զուգահեռ նաև տնտեսության բոլոր հնարավոր ճյուղերն են զարգացնում,երկիրը դարձել է համաշխարհային բիզնես կենտրոններից,զարգանում է տուրիզմը և այլն:
Մեր հարևան ադրբեջանը իր բյուջեն ձևավորելիս հենվում է բացառապես նավթի արտահանումից ստացած եկամուտների վրա և նավթի գների տատանումներից է կախված նրա բյուջեի կյանքի կոչվել կամ չկոչվելը: Սակայն սրանց խնդիրներից գլխավորը այն չէ,որ միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցները նավթի այլ գին են նախատեսել ադրբեջանի հնարավոր բյուջեն կազմելը կանխատեսելու համար,իսկ իրենք ավելի զգուշավոր ու ցածր գին,այլ այն է,որ սրանք ցանկանում են լողացող շարժական հանքահորատման կայաններ գնել և այդպիսի 4 կայան պահել Կասպից ծովում: Սրանք կառչել են նավթից և պոկ չեն գալիս.իրենց թվում է,որ ավելի խորը հորատեցին հանքերը և ավելի շատ նավթ քամեցին,նավթի էժանացած գնի պատճառով կրած ահռելի վնասները կփոխհատուցվեն: Ուզելը ուզում են,սակայն ցանկություն հայտնողներն են շատ քիչ,որ աշխատեն սրանց հետ.շատ թանկ նախագիծ է,իսկ ադրբեջանը այսօր խնդիրներ ունի ֆինանսական և արդեն մարդկանց պարզ է,որ մեծապես ուռճացված է Բաքվի նավթային պաշարների քանակի մասին պաշտոնական տեղեկությունները:
Նավթից բացի, Ադրբեջանը, կներեք ադրբեջանը, պլանավորել էր գազատար կառուցել և իր գազը թուրքիայի տարածքով արդեն 2018-2019թթ վաճառել Եվրոպական երկրներին,սական հիմա հստակ ասում են,որ 2020ին կլինի,բայց անգամ չեն սկսել շինարարությունը: Ադրբեջանի ,կներեք ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության մեջ կան մարդիկ,ովքեր կողքին խելացի խորհրդականներ ունեն և առաջարկել են էներգակիր ռեսուրսներից կախվածությունը վերացնելու համար ,գումարներ ներդնել տնտեսության մյուս ոլորտները զարգացնելու համար,բայց այդ գումարները անօգուտ են,և ինչպես հենց իրենք են ընդունում դրա և գազատարի կառուցման հետաձգման պատճառը ադրբեջանական պետական ապարատի ծայրահեղ կոռումպացված լինելն է:
Հ.Գ.Իմ գլխացավը քիչ էր,էս հարևաննել մերսեդեսա առել: Հարևան ոչ բարեկամները մի ահավոր գժտության մեջ են այն պատճառով,որ Ուկրաինայում ունեն պաշտոնապես 45000 ադրբեջանցի թուրք,իսկ ոչ պաշտոնապես 250000,որոնց մեջ կան օլիգարխներ և այլ բազում բիզնեսմեններ,բայց իրենք ոչ մի պաշտոնյա,ոչ մի երևացող հասարակական գործիչ չունեն,բացառությամբ մի քանի վայրերում շրջանային խորհուրդների պատգամավոր ադրբեջանցիներից:
