Ինչպես արդեն բոլորս գիտենք քաղաքական իշխանության կողմից քաղաքական հակառակորդների նկատմամբ սկսվել են քաղաքական բիրտ հետապնդումներ։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրեն ենթարկվող ուժային կառույցներին անձամբ հանձնարարել է, որպեսզի հարուցեն քրեական գործեր, քննադատներին ենթարկեն ամենատարբեր ճնշումների, տանել ոստիկանության բաժիններում պահել, ստեղծել ամենատարբեր անհարմարությունները։

Քիչ առաջ տեղեկություն ստացա, որ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է ուժայիններին, որպեսզի փողոցում կանգնեցնեն եւ բիրտ ուժի կիրառմամբ բերման ենթարկեն «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանին ուղեկցող թիկնապահներին։

Ուշադրություն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին տեղեկացնում եմ, որ այդպիսի որեւէ գործողություն լինելու է ակնհայտ ապօրինի այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործում է «Մասնավոր պահնորդական գործունեության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, որն ամբողությամբ թույլատրում է ֆիզիկական անձանց (նրանց կողմից պայմանագրում նշված անձանց) կյանքի և առողջության պաշտպանության նպատակով թիկնապահական ծառայությունների մատուցումը։

Արթուր Վանեցյանին համաձայն պայմանագրի այս պահին թիկնապահակական ծառայություն է մատուցում օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի կողմից լիցենզավորված մասնավոր պահնորդական գործունեություն իրականացնող ընկերությունը։

Եթե այսքանից հետո բերման ենթարկելու որեւէ գործողություն իրականացվի այդ տղաների նկատմամբ, ապա այդ գործողության ապօրինության հետեւանքների ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է հենց ինքը, Փաշինյան Նիկոլը։
