Չի ստացվելու նաեւ իմ վրա քրեական գործ կարելու ջանքերը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 16-ին, ԱԺ-ում իր ելույթում նշեց ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

«Դուք վատ դատախազ եք, վատ իրավաբան եք, որովհետեւ բարոյականություն չունեցող մարդ եք: Քիչ առաջ ավարտվեց խուզարկությունը ԲՀԿ-ի կենտրոնական գրասենյակի իմ աշխատակազմում: Ինչ-որ լոլո էիք գրել:

Գրել են՝ «Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի աշխատասենյակում կարող էին պահվել ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրողներին կաշառք տալու հանգամանքը հավաստող այլ փաստեր, ընտրացուցակներ, ընտրողներ»: Գիտեք ինձ շատ բաներում կարող եք մեղադրել, ասենք էմոցիոնալ լինելու մեջ, բայց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հենց էստեղից իր ձեռքը կկտրի, եթե ինչ-որ մեկը կապացուցի, որ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը կարող է ինչ-որ մեկին կաշառք տալ:

Ես հայտարարություն եմ տալու հանցագործության մասին, որ այս նյութում ասում եք, որ հեռախոսազրույցներից մեկում Նաիրա Զոհարբյանն ասել է՝ «դե փաստորեն էս ժողովուրդն առանց ընտրակաշառքի ԲՀԿ-ին ձայն չի տալիս»: Սա ապացուցում է, որ առնվազն 2 տարի դուք լսել եք իմ հեռախոսները: Այս ամենը ինչ կատարվում է այստեղ, ուղարկելու եմ եվրոպական բոլոր կառույցներին: Իրենք երեկվանից դիմում են մեզ: Դուք ուզում եք իմ վրա գործ սարքել:

Գիտեմ, որ դուք իրավական ֆուտուրիզմի, իրավական սյուրռեալիզմով անցել եք նախկիններին: Նրանք գոնե գործ կարելի գոնե փորձում էին իրավական ինչ-որ տրամաբանություն դնել»,-ասաց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

Նա եւս մեկ անգամ ընդգծեց, որ չի ընկրկելու. «Ես որպես ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր եւ քաղաքացի հայտարարում եմ՝ որեւէ բանի առաջ չեմ ընկրկելու: Ինձ հնարավոր չէ սպառնալ, վերջին շնչի վրա էլ ասելու եմ այն, ինչ մտածում եմ, արեք, ինչ ուզում եք»:

Զոհրաբյանը նաեւ Չարլզ Բուքովսկուց մի դրվագ կարդաց մարդ արարածի մասին:
