Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը եղանակ չի ճանաչում, այնտեղ սրացումները լինում են ոչ միայն գարնանը, այլև տարվա ցանկացած եղանակին: Այս անգամ էլ աշնանային սրացումները թակեցին իշխանական ճամբարի դուռը. Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ջղայնացել է: Ընդհանրապես, վերջերս վարչապետը բավականին ջղային է դարձել, դիտողություններ է անում, կտրուկ պաշտոնանկություններ է անում: Բայց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի մոտ նման նյարդային վիճակներ նախկինում էլ են եղել, նորությունը այստեղ ոչ թե դա է, այլ այն, որ վարչապետը կարող է նույնիսկ տեղին ջղայնանալ: Այո, ստիպված ենք հավատալ, քանի որ օրերս Գալուստ Սահակյանի որդին, ով զբաղեցնում է Կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետի պաշտոնը, իր ներկայացրած նախագծի համար «կլիզմա» ստացավ վարչապետից՝ «Հասկացանք, բայց էնտեղ մարդիկ են ապրում» տեսքով: Չքննարկելով նախագծի մանրամասները՝ միայն հիշեցնեմ, որ դրա իրականացման արդյունքում ձմռանն ընդառաջ մի քանի բնակիչներ պետք է հայտնվեին փողոցում, իսկ նախագիծն իրականացնողները գույքն աճուրդի հանելով՝ գուցեև լրացուցիչ «մի երկու կոպեկ» փող աշխատեին:
Երկու կոպեկ ավել աշխատելը չհաջողվեց, բայց էմոցիաները տեղի տվեցին. Գալուստ Սահակյանի որդին նախ հայտարարեց, թե եթե վարչապետն իսկապես իր վրա ձայն բարձրացներ, ապա համարժեք պատասխան կստանար: Բայց դա միայն սկզբից, քանզի նույնիսկ էվոլյուցիայի ենթարկվող մեր պաշտոնյաներն արդեն հասկանում են, որ ամեն տեղ ու բոլոր դեպքերում չէ, որ «տղայականն» անցնում է և արդյունավետ է: Էմոցիաներին փոխարինեց ավելի սառը դատողությունը և «համարժեք պատասխան» ասվածը քիչ անց մեկ այլ լրատվամիջոցում Արման Սահակյանի կողմից մեկնաբանվեց այլ կերպ՝ վարչապետի ցանկացած հարցադրմանն ինքը պատրաստ է պատշաճ կերպով տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ տեղեկություններ:
Էմոցիոնալ պոռթկումը շտկվեց, բայց դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այս ամենը կմոռանա և Գալուստի որդին միանշանակ կշարունակի պաշտոնավարել: Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամայանի ուշքը, մեղմ ասած, չի գնում երիտասարդ ՀՀԿ-ական պաշտոնյաների համար, մանավանդ եթե վերջիններս ոչ երիտասարդ պաշտոնյաների ու մեծահարուստների որդիներն են: Օրինակ տեսա՞ք, թե ինչպես վարվեց Վահե Հակոբյանի հետ: Այնպես որ Արման Սահակյանն էլ մտահոգվելու տեղ ունի՝ նաև իր հոր շնորհիվ: Բանն այն է, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ջղայնությունը կարծես թե ամենաշատը դուր չեկավ Գալուստ Սահակյանին: Ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների՛ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի և Գալուստ Սահակյանի հարաբերությունները մինչ այս միջադեպն էլ սառած վիճակում են եղել, իսկ միջադեպից հետո հաջորդ իսկ օրը ԱԺ-ում հանկարծակի տապալվում են Կառավարության օրինագծերը, և տապալվում են ՀՀԿ-ակաների ջանքերով:
ՀՀԿ-ում հասունացող այս հակամարտությունը, կարծում եմ, դեռ զարգացումներ կունենա և շատ առիթներ կունենանք դրանց հետևելու: Բայց դե Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն էլ «տակը մնացողը» չի և ի պատասխան Գալուստ Սահակյանի քայլի՝ կարող է պարզապես նրա որդուն պաշտոնանկ անել, մանավանդ որ վարչապետի մոտ լավ է ստացվում 2 բան՝ երիտասարդ ՀՀԿ-ականներին պաշտոնանկ անելը և առիթ-անառիթ նրանց «կլիզմա» անելը:
